Absolutely the Worst Florist Experience – Ruined My Wedding!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Hiring Eugenia was the biggest mistake of my entire wedding planning process. Dealing with her was a true nightmare from start to finish. She were unprofessional, rude, and utterly unreliable.

I provided clear instructions, detailed inspiration photos, and had multiple conversations to ensure everything would be perfect. The entire team was extremely late to the venue, causing unnecessary stress and chaos on a day that was already tightly scheduled.

On top of that, their attitude was atrocious. They were dismissive, unprofessional, and acted like they were doing ME a favor, despite being paid on every invoice. No accountability, no apology, just excuses.

Do yourself a favor—stay far away from this company! They are the epitome of unprofessionalism and should not be in the wedding industry. I wouldn’t trust them with a single flower, let alone an event as important as a wedding.

Response: There were at least six incorrect invoices issued, all of which contained errors, including an incorrect wedding date on every single one of them. These mistakes were consistently pointed out to you, and only added to the frustration and confusion during the entire process.

Additionally, asking for confidential documents on a public platform is highly unprofessional and a clear breach of data and client privacy.

I wanted to do this review right after my son's wedding, here is my LONG overdue Praise to Eugenia. The reception was at Bedford Park District, that meant everything had to be done by groom/bride. My gift to them was to hire a wait staff service. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I read details for Bring the Party, it was exactly what I was looking for. I send the email & Eugenia responded within hours. The next day I spoke to her my stress was gone because she answered all my questions before I could ask. I knew her company would pull off the wedding requirements. The day came & there was issues on our part, but Eugenia was in control & went above her duty so we can enjoy our special day.
If you want peace of mind with skilled staff then Bring the Party Event Services is your answer.

Eugenia was AMAZING!!!
We had her bartend my wife's 40th birthday party, which was a casual get together at our house. This is our first time hiring a bartender, and Eugenia walked us through every step, to make sure our event went off without a hitch.
Day of, I misjudged how much time it would take me to get everything on our shopping list, but Eugenia stepped up & offered to pick up some of the supplies on her way in.
During the party, in addition to making spectacular drinks, she was helping the caterers set up, bussing tables, making rounds to take drink orders, she even cut & plated my wife's birthday cake.
Everyone at the party kept telling me how impressed they were with Eugenia, and the level of service she provided. She really took care of so much, and allowed my wife & I to really relax and enjoy the day.
I would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone that is looking for a bartender extraordinaire!

I feel so lucky I found Eugenia and her team for my wedding. They made everything from start to finish feel so flawless. One of my guests had a food allergy and Austin quickly made something special for her. I had already hired a caterer before I spoke with Eugenia about needing servers and bartenders and I almost think it would have been worth loosing my deposit and hiring them for the catering as well! The level of service and professionalism was just amazing !!!

Hiring a bartender from Bring the Party was one of the biggest reasons our party was a huge success! Eugenia is outstanding with communication and explaining every detail. We decided to have our wedding reception in our backyard, but ONLY if we could find someone to help with all the details, including organizing the event to serving, bartending and cleaning up. After speaking with Eugenia the first time I knew we would chose Bring the Party. From the first communication with Eugenia through the day after our party everything was handled with professionalism and efficiency. Eugenia went over all of our details and helped me with a time line to complete priority tasks. We discussed the layout in the back yard and she emailed me a drawing of the tent placements, DJ, bar, tables etc. As for the staff, we decided on 3 servers and a bartender for our 60 guests. Although we had enough staff, I was concerned about being the “go to” person for any questions or issues. Eugenia recommended a coordinator who would handle and oversee the entire event from beginning to end! I met our coordinator, Yvonne through a ZOOM call and from there Yvonne was MY “GO TO” for anything I needed. Before the event Yvonne stayed in touch with me as much or as little as I needed. She reminded me of tasks that need to be completed, gave her opinion on anything I asked and made some fabulous recommendations. During the event Yvonne handled everything. We had rainy weather and since we hired a food truck, Yvonne quickly decided that the food truck staff would bring the food to our guests rather than the guests standing in the rain. This was just one adjustment, of several, that she had to make. Yvonne and the staff didn’t miss a beat, there was no down time and they kept everything moving flawlessly. We received several compliments on the Bring the Party team and would refer them to anyone hosting an event.

I hired Eugenia as a day of coordinator for our wedding in July 2021. Eugenia was so great that it is hard to put into words! From the start, Eugenia was so dedicated to make our wedding stress free. I was hesitant to hire a day of coordinator and my family and I are SO glad we found Eugenia. Eugenia provided excellent service and made our day so stress free. My dad even thanked her in his speech at the wedding because he was so impressed. My parents were blown away by Eugenia's organization, attention to detail, her leadership and also how easily she took initiative to solve problems. Eugenia was quick to offer ideas about the wedding but also willing to listen to my family and I on what we wanted. Everyone who attended the wedding said it was one of the best they've been to and I have to give credit to Eugenia and her team. We our ceremony on the southside of Chicago early in the day and then casual backyard reception in the evening. There was a lot of moving parts to the day and I honestly did not get stressed out once that day. I ended up also hiring two extra staff members for our reception so my family wouldn't have to worry about much and could enjoy themselves. I was so glad that I did. Eugenia was a very special part of our very special day!

Eugenia and her staff were incredible! We hired them very last minute, and they were so accommodating and helpful and really help pull our wedding together. They went above and beyond, even going as far as filling in at the bar when our bartender was late. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!
