Choosing Olivia as our wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our special day! My husband and I got married in June, and from the moment Olivia stepped in as our official coordinator, she hit the ground running to ensure everything went smoothly.

Her attention to detail was remarkable. She created a mood board that perfectly captured our vision while also offering valuable ideas of her own. Throughout the planning process—and especially on our wedding day—Olivia remained calm and composed, which gave us confidence and peace of mind as she managed everything behind the scenes.

On the big day, her team was not only efficient but also incredibly kind to our guests, making them feel comfortable and ensuring they knew exactly what to do and where to go. We even had some moments to relax between our first look photos and the ceremony, which was an unexpected bonus!

Olivia is truly amazing! Our daughter’s wedding was beautiful and perfect in every way. Every detail was taken care of from her first phone conversation with Olivia to the moment we left the venue. With just four months to plan, we honestly could not have accomplished such a memorable day without her expertise and guidance.
Olivia is such a lovely person inside and out - such a joy to work with. She is professional, has excellent communication skills, is proactive, organized, creative and resourceful. She has a wonderful eye for detail and helped to pull Kelley’s vision together beautifully. Her vendor recommendations were top notch and expertly coordinated - everyone enjoyed working with Olivia.
Olivia was by far the best decision we made for planning our daughter’s special day. We were able to enjoy the planning process stress free and also thoroughly enjoy our guests the night of the wedding because of her attention to detail. We would highly recommend hiring her for any event!
