The station is exceptionally clean and inviting. The snacks are neatly displayed and all the items selected were fresh. (During our last visit that was not the case.) The premium area was stuffy/too warm, but as soon as we mentioned this the temperature was adjusted. One complaint - there were several staff in the premium area talking loudly to each other as they prepped their carts for cleaning. This area should not be one for staff to congregate in - it is for passengers who have paid a premium price to enjoy a private lounge area before departure. Management should review.

I took the Brightline from Boca to Orlando and I had a great experience. The Premium lounge had all I could of asked for! The lady on the train was amazing! I cannot remember her name but she was a black woman with grey hair. She was attentive and made sure my ride was easy and comfortable! I would give her a 10/10 alone! Overall great experience and easy way to get to the parks in Orlando.

Although there were a few brief delays along the way, the train was conveniently fast. The attendant in my coach was so friendly and attentive. I was in Premium, so I got free drinks and snacks which was very nice, although the Premium Lounge let me down a bit. This was my first time in Premium, and I was expecting good food in the lounge like I had seen online, but I guess at this station, there are just snacks and drinks. Overall, I loved my experience in Brightline Premium, and I would absolutely love to ride again!

I finally took my first Brightline train ride from Boca to Orlando! Someone told me to get Premium class, which wasn't much more money anyway. I waited in the Premium lounge and ate snacks... this isn't the AA Admirals Club, but more than I expected for a train station.
On the train, the seats weren't very comfortable for me. It was a smooth ride... for an American train.
I couldn't see outside, so next time I'll travel in the daylight and get a window seat!

This was my first experience with Brightline and I am very, very impressed. Every aspect of the experience was positive. From the ease in finding the station, passing Security, waiting for the train, on train experience and getting off. ALL! Of the employees I encountered were friendly and helpful. Kudos to whoever trains your staff!

I was very impressed with how easy it was to park. When we entered the train station in Boca, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The station was very clean and modern. The train ride was very smooth, comfortable and clean. The station in Miami was beautiful and everyone who works for the Brightline all seem to be very, very nice. It was such a pleasure and I've already told so many of my friends to try it! I can't say enough good things about it! Highly recommend!

My family and I had an awesome first experience riding Brightline! From the moment we arrived, Jessica in guest relations and Michael were so friendly and helpful. They made the check-in process super easy and made sure everything went smoothly. They even helped us with our strollers and luggage, making sure we got on and off the train without any issues. They really went above and beyond to make our trip comfortable. It was a great experience and we’ll definitely be traveling with Brightline again!
