Do yourself a favor and pay for a nicer place to stay. I have never been more disappointed with a camping experience in my life. We arrived on a Saturday and there was no one in the office until Monday. There was supposed to be a log book to check in, but there wasn’t. Despite this the lady in the office still gave me a nasty attitude about. Secondly, the site we rented does not have hook ups on the correct side of the lot. The hook ups are actually on someone else’s property. We had to pull our camper as close as possible to her side to be able to reach the electric. Then, she wouldn’t allow us to have our awning out or chairs due to “encroaching on her space.” Ok, no big deal, except she parked her giant truck at least 3 ft on our side everyday. The bathrooms were nasty. There is junk everywhere. And the parked is filled with nosey, confrontational, rude permanent residents who appear to have nothing better to do than bother people on vacation. Breezy Pines should be labeled as a trailer park instead of a campground. I have pictures to back up my claims. Do yourselves a favor and spend the money to stay somewhere else. These folks think the park is super nice, but they need a reality check. Dumps like this should atleast be more laid back.

A small beautiful RV park with a quaint pool, bathroom and laundry facilities and where the small Key deer roam freely.

Stayed here for the week at a Airbnb and absolutely loved the place. Close proximity to the water and beaches. The island has everything you need. Bath house was clean. Laundry was a great price. I would highly recommend.

Quiet/chill pet friendly low key stay. Pool is clean, some lots are quite small but ours was rather large. Friendly permanent residents. Management can be bothersome at times, however I like that they try to stay on top of any issues before they arise. Sewage was just replaced throughout. Our site didn’t have cable lines installed from Irma damage as of yet. Love the key deer everywhere. Good place to get your feet planted to live in the keys. Only drawback to this place is the no see ums, bug spray is a must have at all times.

Great location for medium to long term RV lot rentals. Lots aren't huge or glamorous but are reasonably priced for the Keys. Convenient to Bahia Honda park/beach and not too far from Key West. Community room/kitchen is being updated. Showers available. A few lots appear to be for sale as well.

The worst community in the keys. They currently have seven lawsuits against them. The president of the park, Margo is rude and attacks residents daily. Living there gave me anxiety. The community does nothing but complain about things they do not fix and micromanage eachother. There are multiple old men who are always watching your every move and the moment they feel they can correct or complain they do, very publicly. One man told a woman who had been the victim of domestic violence at her camper that it was her fault and then the park evicted her, it was disgusting and practically inhumane. The woman who elects herself as president each year has transformed the title into self taught code enforcement officer and would message people and ask them to call the code enforcement department on certain lots so they would have multiple complaints from different numbers. She is truly mentally I’ll and finds joy in watching others suffer. The pool area is nice except it is not treated for bugs and they will eat you alive. There is a Facebook page where they post pictures of people from keysso after they have been arrested even if it’s for reckless driving. This is so they have another excuse to hold their noses in the air and talk down about others. The park rules are built with gray areas on purpose so that way if you aren’t liked by even one person on the board they can find a reason you aren’t compliant and kick you out, I’ve seen it happen it many people sadly. A rule should not be based off of a subjective value. In all my years in many different parks this one is by far the worst I’ve ever been too. It’s a place of poor character and bad morals. If you want to be miserable and feel trapped and judged, then breezy pines is the place for you.
