Ashley made my special day absolutely perfect. I am a type A bride and thought I’d want to micromanage every detail of my day. But when the time came, Ashley made me feel so comfortable with her as a day-of coordinator. Everything ran smooth (at least from what I saw). She was kind to our vendors, professional and responsive in communicating, and made our day even more memorable. I highly recommend!

Using Brava Events for your wedding day will be the best decision you can make! My husband and I hired them for our day of coordinating and the only regret we have is that we didn't know about them sooner or we would have hired them from the start. Natalie & Courtney have so much experience in this industry that they will not miss a single detail for your wedding day. Even things that you may have not known about but you definitely will not want to go without. They will take away all the stress that comes with wedding planning and make it a much more fun experience. I have even referred friends to them and their weddings have been just as amazing! They will help you have your guest have a memorable night as well! Trust me you will not regret hiring them! I will continue to refer them always!

If you know EXACTLY what you want for your event, then I would recommend Brava, but you would be wasting your money because couldn't you just ask a friend or relative to take care of that? We hired Brava for the vendor recommendations and insight into detail coordination for our wedding at Juarez Plaza, San Antonio. My husband was quick to criticize the list of recommended vendors because Natalie very obviously gave us a standard list: when we asked for tejano bands, we got a country singer; we asked for a caterer who would do family style but got a recommended caterer who had never (and refused to) accommodate family style serving. It was also frustrating communicating with Natalie because she refuses (or doesn't know how) to reply all to emails. I was so disappointed on the day of my wedding because I had to constantly be in charge of the details, after all isn't that what an event coordinator is supposed to be in charge of? I don't think Natalie gave my event the attention to detail that $2k deserves and am extremely disappointed that I ever hired Brava Events. I highly recommend to anyone planning a wedding: think through every single detail if you really want to hire an event coordinator.

Please ignore the review by Pamela Allen (mother in law). Her review is a personal axe to grind because she showed up late and didn't get to pin the lapel on my husband and get the picture of it. While there were a couple MINOR missteps, they were due to ME not hiring extra staff and buying more lighting. Natalie was great and did exactly as I hired her to do. For us, we're more than happy with how beautifully it turned out. I would definitely recommend Brava Events to anyone looking for a professional with vision, dedication, and a backbone.

Natalie & Courtney are truly amazing! Their personalities are so fun & energetic which is the exact vibe I wanted for our wedding & these wonderful ladies nailed it. I’m normally a control freak obsessing over every little thing but I truly trusted Brava to handle all the details as I wanted & I was able to sit back & focus on enjoying our beautiful wedding. I wouldn’t have survived the wedding planning process without them. They go above and beyond for their brides which made our wedding absolutely PERFECT!!! How can I even put into words how amazing and wonderful Brava Events is? We had the “Finale Package” and it was the perfect package for my husband and I. I would say that I was extremely detail oriented when it came to our wedding and we planned it for two years! I needed someone to help take over and make the day enjoyable & stress free.

I cannot thank Natalie and her assistants (Ashley & Serena) for making our wedding day the best day of our lives. From venue walkthroughs, meetings, many phone calls and texts, the rehearsal, and then finally the wedding day, our planning process was perfect.

Natalie was our go-to gal for anything we needed during the last month and I knew we were in great hands. The day of they tackled not only the timeline but any little details that came up along the way. If things went wrong, we had no clue!! They set up my boxes of decor, pinned on boutineers, hung signs (after my plan of hanging didn’t work too), lit candles, assisted with vendors, got me down the aisle, fluffed & pinned by dress, and sooooo much more!!!! It was a perfect dream day and I cannot thank the Brava girls for helping with that.

We absolutely cannot wait until we have an anniversary part just so we can hire Brava Events again. We love y’all!!!💓
