Work was done correctly the firsttime and the customer service was spot on. Even though the time it took for my vehicle to get repaired took longer than estimated, I was kept updated daily and I also knew and trusted they weren't going to release my truck until it met factory specs and standards. Highly recommend for bodywork. One other note, Enterprise rentals is in the same building which made this an all inclusive easy transaction.

Best place for repairs, Ed was helpful after someone hit into my wife’s 2024 Subaru crosstrek and thought the damage was bad. They were able to make it look brand new again. Ed is great with communication and helping all the way. I will always use Bowser collision as my place for any repairs.

Hands down one of the best dealerships ive ever had the chance to work with. The process was simple and easy. Jeff Empy was incredible. This is our 2nd car from him. Highly recommend. In and out with quality service. Great customer service and lounge, with the self service hot beverage machine and fruit cup to hold you over. State of the art vending machines as well to choose other snacks or cold beverages.. They always keep me informed of the work and never leave me guessing. Great job gmc bowser!!!

Service was excellent. A member at the service desk recognized me from my previous appointment which is a rare thing these days and processed me quickly. It was a simple first oil change on my vehicle. The time that the service took was not excessive and I was able to be productive over the WiFi. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, nothing special but certainly adequate.

So I bought a Chrysler 300 from Bowser Had it. for 2 weeks. I had to take it back. Come to find out.. I needed a whole new drive shaft.
They sun it down to Ron Lewis Chrysler. They kept it for over a month but. Bowser did give me a loner, which was A brand new 2025 Subaru so far they took care of me.
