We had my daughter’s 4th birthday party here and it was wonderful! We loved the birthday setup, we loved the accommodations for my oldest who’s in a wheelchair. The staff was friendly and on top of everything even though they were very busy. The place was clean. The cheese pizza, chicken tenders and fries were delicious. I will be back for my oldest daughter birthday in a couple months. I highly recommend!

I booked onlin my sons birthday party, was a little scared, because you never know what you get, let me tell you, the moment I got there, DENISE WILSON, I think she’s the manager, made everything extremely pleasant. She went above and beyond to make me and my family fell incredibly welcome. And I didn’t have to spend and arm and a leg, thank you Denise for all your help

Top service from start to finish!
Our experience at Bowlero was fantastic, not only because of the rides, but especially because of the excellent service we received from the very first moment.

What impressed us the most:
From the moment I called to make the reservation, the staff (Maritssa) was extremely friendly and attentive, answering all my questions and making sure everything was in order. Upon arrival at the location (Allison), we were greeted with the same warmth and professionalism by the team that handled my reservation. You can tell that customer service is a priority here.

We felt very comfortable throughout our visit.

We will definitely be back and recommend this place to our friends and family. Thank you for making our visit such a special time!

This was the dirtiest bowling center I've ever bowled in. The approaches look like they haven't been cleaned in years. There was so much dirt on the lanes that it would transfer onto my hand from the ball. This house used to do well with tournaments, but now management gives the tournment directors such a hard time and the bare minimum amount of lanes just to surround it with birthday parties while the other half of the house is wide open.

This house used to be pretty good before it became a Bowlero. Now they charge a lot of money just to bowl on dirty unmaintained lanes.

I will say that the servers and the guys in the pro shop are amazing. Which is why I gave 2 stars. I just wish management cared enough to provide better quality conditions.

I had an amazing experience at Bowlero thanks to Megan, the shift leader! She went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly, and her customer service was outstanding. Megan was friendly, attentive, and made sure that all of our needs were met. She kept everything organized and created a fun, welcoming atmosphere for everyone. Food isn't as good as it used to be... Chicken tenders are the size of chicken nuggets served on a piece of parchment paper with shriveled fries on a bed of dripping oil. No silver/plastic ware that's easy to access. So I had to constantly wash my hands between bowling and trying to eat. In 90 minutes of play time, we saw two mice scurry through the steps of the upper platform to the lower bowling area. Wife lost her appetite after that. We're not planning to come back.
