Great service. Had the unicorn it was clean and the kids love it. Although, we still had some outages in my area, they were patient and communicated well. Had a few changes due to no internet for the party. They took some of my order off with no problem. We worked around it and the kids still had an amazing time! I recommend using Bounce it again!

Excellent organization to keep crowds down (e.g. castle and age groups), excellent communication, excellent variety of bounces, slides, obstacle course, etc. Had a problem with face painting. We stood in line for 30 min to find out it was the wrong line. A sign would have been helpful.

Absolutely will be using again! Great prices and very nice people. We rented a slide for my daughters birthday, was an absolute blast, the slide arrived clean and looked great. The set & pick up was so quick. They kept us updated through curtesy texts and worked us into there busy schedule. Thank you guys again!!!
