I had a group travel to Boston, and they wanted to see all of the major sites. They were disappointed in the quality of tours, and the communication is extremely poor. Would not recommend.

Ok so i will start with the enquiry experience, i am a travel agent and was trying to work out a package really detailed on for a family. Michelle at first was extremely helpful and replied always. She assured me that clients are in good hands etc etc. but once it was time to execute the services. The airport transfer was a disaster as he was not even waiting at the arrival pick up area. Upon asking she gave a long note stating the permit issues etc. but there were other pick ups happening from the same exit point where the driver should hv been. Then next was the rhode island tour which was booked for 10.30 am (7-8 hrs it should hv been). But the guide asked the clients to amend the time to 9 making it 9-4 ( which was just 7 hrs plan). They amended it to 10am as guide insisted ( but what is the point of having a private tour when your time is not accepted and asked to change on the ground). The tour still ended at 4 pm ( without lunch stop). Means it was just for 6 hours. Then the icing on the cake was the departure transfer when the driver never turned up and the contact numbers were not reachable. Finally 30 mins later they get the transfer and reach airport to board flight. Let me tell you i verified the rates with intercon hotel also where guest was staying i literally paid at par actually more just coz michelle was giving me the comfort that clients will be in good hands and that is all i wanted. But i will never ever use them in future and i this is an honest feedback. I also used boston hidden germs chris and maria for another tour in boston and they were amazing. The problem i believe here is with the team of boston private tours and that led to a sad overall experience in boston for my clients.
