This transport company booked a round trip appt for a disabled(wheelchair) individual whom I am the guardian of. When I called the driver's cell to check on the return trip, the drive informed me that the trip had been canceled by ME. Saying I was shocked would be an understatement. The patient was about 50 miles from home! Why would the ride home be canceled!?!? I called the company's business number, and no one answered, and the voicemail was not accepting messages! The driver did call me a second time from his cell phone to say he couldn't come back to get the patient because he was told, by some in the company office, that I had canceled the return trip after requesting an earlier pickup that the company could not accommodate. That conversation never happened. The disabled patient's procedure and recovery time did not allow for me to request the earlier pickup they claimed I requested!!!!!
Update: Finally, the disabled individual is home safe! Shoutout to the awesome Lyft driver who came to our rescue and made the long drive in a downpour! #feeling grateful. Things ended well, thank GOD.

Got to my appointment late and dispatch could not find me a ride back home after my appointment ended. Horrible experience. Great driver but disorganized.

Drivers were polite and prompt. My appointment ran late and the driver waited an hour so I could still get home safely even though they were notified of the change last minute. I would definitely use their service again.

ZERO STARS !
This was the Absolute worst experience with the company. We had a 12:30pm pick up and didn’t get picked up until 1:17. Appointment was at 1pm. They still let us come. The driver was told by “Mike supervisor “ to go pick up another client. Basically KNOWING WE WILL HAVE TO WAIT OVER 1hour to be picked back up. Pick up time was 2pm we called the driver at 2:10 wondering where he was at and was told all of this. Absolutely terrible transportation. I walked my Client home in the freezing cold over 40 minutes. I do not recommend booking any transportation with them. Especially if it’s important. I did complain with Mart Also. I tried to get in contact with the company and I pushed every Number to try and get ahold of somebody and each number I selected didn’t pick up at all , going to a voicemail for every SINGLE OPTION. HOW CANT ANYBODY GET AHOLD OF THIS COMPANY. How ever the driver was very responsible and respectful and just simply doing what his boss was telling him.

There transportation service is very very bad I had surgery today they said they had no driver for my 615 pickup they sent her at 7 when my surgery was at 7 very very nasty people donot use them mass health needs to cancel there contract
