I've taken the Angels and Symbols tour with Pascal and now the Bonaventure is Forever tour with Hannah. Both tours were extremely informative and both guides were engaging orator/lecturers. Though there was some overlap in content between the tours it was great to hear the information from slightly different perspectives. Regardless of which tour you take, Shannon Scott tours provide a great historical framework to help visitors understand Savannah and it's people, and for those unfamiliar with cemetery spaces, the visual vocabulary to interpret the symbols and art within.

We did the Bonaventure is Forever tour this morning and it was great! Our guide, Hannah, was very knowledgeable and made sure to tell us if a story was true or local lore. She did a great job of making the stories interesting and relatable. We will definitely tour again with Shannon Scott Tours!

On Shannon Scott Tours' Bonaventure Is Forever walking tour, we had an amazing time. Hannah, our guide, was excellent. She brought Bonaventure Cemetery to life by fusing her in-depth historical knowledge with captivating storytelling.

We gained a greater understanding of Savannah's history and the individuals who influenced it thanks to Hannah's insightful observations about the cemetery's most significant "residents." In order to achieve the ideal mix between mystery and history, she also incorporated some of the more vibrant tales and legends connected to Bonaventure.

The two hours flew rapidly, and we came away feeling truly moved, amused, and enriched. This tour is essential if you are thinking about visiting Savannah.

My mom and I had a great time on the after-hours cemetery tour. Our guide, Paschal, was fantastic—super knowledgeable, funny, and a good storyteller. I was concerned when we initially booked this tour, that walking around for two hours might get a little boring for me, but the time flew by!

Being in the cemetery after hours made everything feel extra special and peaceful, and we learned way more than we expected.

Shannon was our guide at the Laurel Grove North Cemetery. Our group had this interesting cemetery all to ourselves! We roamed all over with our guide Shannon as he shared his vast knowledge of the history of the people buried there. His numerous stories were interesting and informative. We learned so much from him. I would highly recommend his tour of Laurel Grove North. And we look forward to taking additional tours offered by Shannon next time we visit Savannah!

Preface to say this is about our tour aspects only, and not the Cemetery itself, which was lovely.
Bring bug spray. This isn't prominent enough.
We signed up for the Secret Society Ghost Tour, and were given Paschal as our guide as a fill-in. I'd wager you'd be disappointed in getting him too, if you were expecting a ghost tour and got theology. He seemed very kind and knowledgeable, but also barely paid lip service to the ghost aspects and was dismissive of other beliefs and cultures. The note that rang out to me was when he dismissed the power of a ritual and noted 'the real power' and turned to a statue of Christ. For a tour that's likely to attract pagan and goths, not a great look.
Still worth the price of admission just to get to take golden hour photography in the beautiful grounds. I even managed to get a few shots of one of the local foxes.
