We are returning guests and this is our 4 th visit coming from the UK. Each year the experience is fabulous. The staff beit on the front desk the restaurant and housekeeping are all incredibly friendly and do everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The pool area and the gym are great. |The breakfasts are excellent.|The position is ideal close to some great restaurants and also the shopping mall. |There is ample parking too. |Just planning our return for next year .|Thank you Barry for your great and friendly service once again and Rhiannon too and also Neil in the restaurant. |Thank you once again

Just came back from our most recent of several stays here. It's a great hotel with terrific facilities (gym) and nice rooms. The GM (Marta) and the Assistant GM (Jillian) were very responsive and helpful. Also a special shout-out to Grace, our server for breakfast at the Sonrisa!!!

We stayed here for 2 nights and had two rooms, we booked to have access to the M room which we found out upon arrival doesn’t open fully on weekends after we tried to go it, we found the reception staff pretty useless, firstly not welcoming at all, one of them had no idea about the M room opening times or that of breakfast, pretty basic stuff, we thought the room were a little tired in places and when we departed the same person who didn’t know about the M room times etc tried to charge us for our stay that we had already prepaid, after a bit of kick back and delay from us they also realised this, but sadly it was the attitude in which this was dealt with that got us and noting in the way of “sorry our mistake” which is extremely poor. That said the staff in the M room were pretty good and I have to say the omelette was great, nice location of hotel and easy parking etc, just terrible staff on the whole.

Kiara was very friendly and helpful. Very pleasant front desk experience to kick off our stay. She answered all of our questions and guided us to make sure we would have a delightful experience. We really enjoyed the Drift and Tony was awesome and helped guide us to the best burger we have had in a long time.

Excellent week! Rupen Dudi at the front desk made it extra special and so did Neil at the buffet/restaurant! The hotel is in a great location and it is always clean, warm and welcoming. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We will absolutely be back!

I had my wedding at the Marriott and it was the best experience. Jennifer specifically was the the absolute best. She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to get anything that we needed. She made sure we were all happy and satisfied and made us her priority. I can’t thank her enough for her efforts that day in making sure everything went smoothly on our wedding day.

I visited this location a few months back and upon check in I can't even say Greeted by the front desk manager Alana Anderson who was very unfriendly and Not at all welcoming. And seeing her interact with her staff was more like a boot camp . I later visited the patio where a young man I believe his name was Elijah who was very unhelpful. However the highlight of this entire trip was the Dining Room staff Sandy Neil Tony . They were very friendly professional and attentive. Please offer some training to Alana her first impression is discouraging to guests visiting for the first time.
