This is a wonderful spot! It is a very short, pleasant walk to the huge beach. There is a trolley/bus line that stops directly in front that runs from Clearwater to St. Pete Beach, and you can connect to go to downtown, or Tyrone Mall, or.... There are several great restaurants/coffee shops within less than a mile walk (one breakfast/lunch place right next door). There's a bird sanctuary about a mile away.
I stayed for a month, and the owner was TERRIFIC. He doesn't live on site, but is there often and only a text away if you need anything. I HIGHLY recommend Janos and Connor's Sand Castle.

Connors sand castle is the best place you could possibly visit for vacation. The beach is about 10 steps away, and there's tons to see and do around the area. Highly recommend!
