The property is now Closed until Futher Notice due to 2024 Hurricanes. No clear statements of when or IF it will reopen. HOA and Bluegreen Vacation Club not responding to inquiries. Expect the worst. Contactors are onsite estimating the repairs. Hurricane damages in addition to previously planned 2025 exterior and interior repairs.

Staff is friendly and accommodating. Rooms are nice but wish the tile floors were cleaner. Floor is swept but feet are black after walking on tile. Pool and jacuzzi are well maintained and have handicap accessible seats. Restrooms are only available in rooms and laundry facility. Pool area is right on the beach and perfect sunset view from pergola! Overall great place!

The minute I walked into our assigned unit, I could smell animal urine. At the time the person on duty said it had been a problem, but when I couldn’t stay due to the smell, and wanted a refund, the management reversed course and denied there was an issue. I can’t recommend this place.

Third time I’ve stayed here. Love the setting. The rooms are in great condition. The team the manages this location does a great job keeping the resort in good condition. Plus I enjoy the Anna Maria Island area as well.

Keep in mind I'm here during December. The location is centrally located so it's equal distance from attractions on either side of the island. The beach was nice but the pools are not toddler friendly. The room though is very nice on the inside.

Beach motel renovated into a Bluegreen timeshare. Rooms are updated and feel modern. The main selling point is it’s in a great location on Anna Maria Island. Highly recommend staying here!

Smaller & older property with interiors of all units beautifully updated. Immaculately kept. Beautiful beach. Courteous & helpful staff. Quieter. Does not have a lot of extra amenities. Plenty of poolside lounges available. A good amount of lounges also available to use on beach. Umbrellas not provided. Great proximity to restaurants & shops without being right in the middle of congested areas. Free shuttle available (you tip appropriately).
