FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY.

Scheduling was easy on their website. These people were also so nice when I had to reschedule my event 2x. Call to reschedule.

The reminder email they sent had very clear directions on how to get there, as well as what to bring. Make sure you bring something you don't mind getting wet in, bc you will get somewhat soaked.

We spent about 30-60 min on land going over safety, how the kayak worked, and donning on more waterproof gear. Then we all went into the water. Very informative tour and took us around for a good 2 hours around Tomales Bay. Our guides were very knowledgeable and fun!

The price of the tour included gratuity, which I'm very happy about, but you are welcome to tip them more at the end.

FYI your phone won't catch the bioluminescence. All I got was a bunch of black photos and videos.

Just rented a few kayaks from here for a group camping and kayaking trip. Everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable, and kind! They gave us so much info about how to properly attach the kayaks to our cars, how to efficiently paddle, and what to expect when kayaking at night to see the bioluminescence. Highly recommend for anyone planning a trip!

Impressive Bioluminescence Kayaking tour! Guides Lindsey and Fred were friendly, informative and fun while keeping the participants engaged and safe. The launch site was changed to Hearts Desire Beach for wind reasons. As a first experience kayaking in the bay it was amazing!

We rented Kayaks for 4 hours on a Friday morning and it was perfect...2 hours would have been not long enough. 4 hours was only $10 more per person. We ended up reserving the kayaks by phone and were able to pay ahead of time. We showed up, and 5-10 minutes later we were in the water. Very easy and fast service. The employees were friendly and helpful. I would recommend wearing crocs or a water sandal, especially if you start off in low tide and your feet will get muddy.

My friend and I did the 4 hour tour of Tomales Bay yesterday. We lucked out with the weather. The guide, Seamus was nice and knowledgeable about the area. They provided spray skirts and waterproof jackets to keep us dry and warm. Seamus even pushed our kayaks into the water so we did not get our feet wet getting in. He recommeded the Marsahll Store for lunch and it did not disappoint. We saw a lot of starfish and moon jellies. I will be back in the summer to see the leopard sharks and bat rays!

Kudos to Todd and his teammate for being so helpful. One beautiful April Saturday, we rented a double kayak at Heart’s Desire Beach and headed SE, where we lunched at Chicken Ranch Beach. Todd knows the area and is a bird expert – do take advantage of his knowledge. We appreciate that our rental included an optional wet suit, spray jackets, and two large waterproof bags for our lunch and other goodies, no extra charge. It was a great day!
