Pro's , owner is very nice,sites are fair in size, lots of shade.
Con's , constant dog barking from long term camper, cable worked for 2 days, wifi is very slow,concerned about all the leafs being a fire hazard.more security cameras than a Walmart, lacking good quality upkeep on grounds.

Awesome RV park it's perfectly placed between the attractions of Mountain View and Blanchard Spring and Cavern full hook ups and when I pulled thru my spot there was very little effort to level my camper! It's got plenty of shade and super friendly people!! LOVE IT WE WILL BE BACK!!!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very quiet. Well shaded and all tree limbs are high enough to not hit our unit. Our site was very long. It was nice to be able to unhook and have plenty of room for the 5th wheel and truck. Their website was great as it shows pictures of each site. Not just a few of the sites. Weak T Mobile service. Weak free WIFI but has high speed WIFI available for an additional cost.

Hard to level. We were unable to use auto level and had to manually level. The front jacks were hardly down at all and the back jacks will all the way down,

Blue sky is a wonderful place to stay. The campsites are almost all pull through, she has 30 amp and 50 amp available . There are lots of shade trees surrounding the campsites . Tammi has clean bathrooms. There is a room available for club meetings quite often music is played there on Friday nights private parties all can be held in the blue house. Alas in all a wonderful place to stay!

Positive: Large sites, lots of shade.

Negatives: Bathrooms were badly in need of repairs and serious cleaning (hairballs in drains, scum covered tiles, cobwebs, dirt , and mud covered shower mats.) Bathrooms had no windows, no AC, box fan was set up in a defunct shower stall which provided a little airflow. Cute gazebo was nice except for the overpowering stench of the uncovered dumpster nearby. Our site was next to a neighborhood with unleashed dogs which liked to sleep under our trees and make our little dog crazy. They also woke us up with un-ending barking around 6am every morning. Road noise wasn't too bad, except when garbage trucks went roaring past.
No laundry onsite, except an unplugged washer/dryer in the men's room (we assumed it was just being stored and didn't mess with it.)

First time camper owners and for our first time out, we wanted to be spontaneous and didn’t plan a place to stay. We thought we’d just drive in and easily find a place by the water with good views lololol. Terrible idea ? We in no way, shape, or form ever thought we would stay at an RV park.. but oh goodness. I really loved this place. We initially just reserved a spot for the night but almost immediately knew we would stay another night. It was quiet, everyone was so friendly, and the bathrooms on site were very clean. The whole place was clean, really. I didn’t catch the lady’s name that checked me in, but she lived on site and was one of those people who just strike you as being real and authentic. Extremely kind, but I feel like she wouldn’t mind telling someone all about themselves if she really needed to. My favorite kind of people! She had great recs on things to do. It was an added bonus and surprise to have free WiFi (service in that area was very spotty) as was getting to visit with her sweet little pups! PS- they know what they’re doing here, so just follow their arrows on their map when pulling through your spot. ?

Wonderful stay at Blue Sky for Memorial Day weekend. Great park-convenient to town and restaurants. Tammy is a great host who made us feel very welcome. Loved meeting Roxy and Sky too! We scheduled another stay before we checked out.

We will definitely be back!! Beautiful setting and amazing people! Easy to get in and out of the RV spots. All amenities and close proximity to great restaurants, live music, fishing, trails, and caverns! We can't wait to get back to Blue Sky RV Park!
