We stayed at the Blue Sea Motor Inn during a girl's trip to Providence town. The front desk staff was great and the check in process very smooth. We were able to check in a few hours early. We stayed in room #308 and #312. Room #312 had a large table, but #308 did not. (in case that is important). The room was clean, and the beds were comfy. We thought that it would have been nice to have more towels in the room and sure the staff would have provided, but since we were there for one night we did not bother to ask. There are amenities such as a pool and hot tub. We did go to use the hot tub and it was not working. We notified the front desk and they said they would take care of it. It was late and we didn't bother to wait and so we just went back to the room. There is a bus which you can catch directly across the street, and it takes you to P-town. It costs $2.00 and it runs every half hour. We took it into p-town and it was about a 5-minute trip. We had a good experience at the hotel and would definitely stay here again.

A simple motel with extremely clean rooms, hot showers Our bathroom was complete with pink tile and toilet! Classic Cape! The beds felt like we were sleeping on box springs but we woke up refreshed. The beach is a bit of a walk, and it was covered with piles of seaweed which should be removed for guests. I’m okay with seaweed but this was over the top. All in all , a good value and location for a night or 2. I’d stay there again just for the old Cape atmosphere. No need to renovate just get better beds.

It may not be a fancy resort, but it's a perfectly fine motel and it's just a short distance from Provincetown. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Depending on which room you get you might have easy access to the beach, although other rooms have better access to parking.

We are staying here just for one night and it's a nice, clean motel. It could use some renovations as it is older and some very basic changes could make things better for me...nothing major tho. The main thing is it's clean and there are white sheets with no bugs 😀 I wish there were better/more soap options in the bathroom. We didn't bring any hand soap or body wash because most places provide it and we were packing light for our 2-week road trip. They only provided 2 one inch long bottles of shampoo and 1 very small bar of soap that is NOT big enough for us both to bathe with and wash our hands with etc. My only other real complaint is that they need to get some dark curtains. We want to sleep in a little tomorrow but that's not going to happen with these nearly see-through curtains 😞 . But otherwise...the a/c works well, as does the TV and wifi. Good entertainment and eating options nearby. The beach is within walking distance.

Basic motel, enjoyed our stay |No frills place, easy check in. Beds could have been a bit more comfortable and the rooms could use some updating, but I would stay here again. Conveniently located and right on the bus line into Provincetown.|If you can get a waterfront room I would suggest that,

I have been staying at the Blue Sea for over 20 years and will continue to stay there. LOVE the view. All of the staff are friendly and Maria and Shannon are like family now.

I had reservations to stay at this motel July 24-26, 2024 but had to cancel them on May 19th as my family's plans to visit from Oregon had changed. Though their cancellation policy on both their website and their email to me clearly states: "No refunds unless written notice of cancellation is received by us, 14 days prior to your arrival. You will incur a $25.00 service charge on motel rooms when refund is permitted. Reservations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.", I was charged a $50 cancellation fee and it took them weeks to finally process it only after I contacted Expedia (who I had booked through) three times. No explanation was given by Blue Sea as to why it a) took so long and b) why they charged double their cancellation fee. ||I had been looking forward to my stay there but the next time I have plans to visit Cape Cod, I will definitely find someplace else to stay. This kind of customer service is deplorable.
