Resort is located in beautiful calm area, next to golf course. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable, ideal for families. Swimming pool is very clean. Breakfast was ok. Lady at the front desk was very helpful. We will definitely be back again!

They have a $25 parking fee if you don't book directly with them. I think that's kind of cheap.

We used a travel site that led us to them, which I believe is what they want, and then we're punished along with the booking site with that $25 parking fee. Didn't like that.

The rooms are clean and nice, with balconies that you can sit out, right across the street from Blue Rock par 3 Golf course. It's the best par 3 golf course you'll ever see

They let you visit their other resorts on the cape, so you do have Beach access. They also have an outdoor pool.

The restaurant is not operating, it appears that they're working on that. So the continental breakfast is a bunch of prepackaged muffins breads and a few other things.

The people were very nice and helpful. Our only other issue, was that twice, one of us went to shower and the water was not hot. It was warm, so that we were able to clean ourselves, but not hot so that we could luxuriate in the shower.

We celebrated our anniversary on the Cape here. Was in a nice quiet location with a golf course. Rooms are nice only issue is sliders could use an update. Continental breakfast was fine. Everyone was very friendly from front desk to breakfast attendants. Would stay here again.

I booked an accessible room with a roll-in shower at this hotel. I am a wheelchair user and need a roll-in shower. I called the hotel after making the booking through their website to confirm that the bathroom had a roll-in shower at this property. I was told that it does.

I called the day before I was supposed to check-in to confirm that the bathroom had a roll-in shower and again, I was told that it does and I am all set.
When I arrived at the property in the evening to check-in, guess what I find in the bathroom? A tub! I talked to the staff at front desk, he was less than helpful. Basically, had the attitude that it was not his problem to fix. He said that this property does not even have a room with a roll-in shower! He had me talk to his manager, Ryan, on the phone and this person is basically telling us that there's nothing he can do. We asked if there were any such rooms available at their sistr resorts. After waiting for 1.5 hrs to see if they could put us up at a different property, we were told by Ryan that he could book us at a sister resort for only 2 nights of our 3-night stay. What were we supposed to do for the 1 night? I ultimately found a different hotel that actually had a roll-in shower and availability and we moved there. They did refund us, which was the bare minimum they could do.

We have stayed here before. You can’t beat it. Price is great and the use of the other resorts is awesome. Our suite was nice and big. Bathroom was great. I didnt Like how the outdoor patio was shared. Kind of weird. The people in the room above us were very loud. I guess we could have complained but we were on vacation and couldn’t be bothered. The women at the front desk and in the dining area were so nice and helpful. We appreciated that. We will see you again for sure.
One thing, I think You should have a vending machine with snacks in it. Chips, pretzels, cookies etc.

Blue Rock resort is one of the red jacket resorts in South Yarthmouth. Property looked pretty and similar to the rest of the red jacket but on arrival we quickly realized the beds we had were not two queen size like we reserved but standard sized. There was no WiFi in our room our building and the building right next to our building. The router wasn’t working according to updates. The bathroom lights didn’t work and we had take turn showering with door open and staying guard to ensure privacy. Breakfast is not continental breakfast as is what they promised on their site but you will get to have prepackaged muffins, cinnamon rolls, some bread and bagel and basic cereal and apple and banana. No hot breakfast… so if you are in for just goofing this place might be just right but with family and kids… be careful and dig into the details so you can have a better experience that us.

Or friends were maybe going to join us, so we asked if there was a cancelation fee and were told that there wasn't. Then, when the friends couldn't join us, and we canceled, they charged us for a $25 cancelation fee. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, they said I'd have to wait for a call back, which never came. Eventually, i had to call back three times and insist that the call center transfer us to the property.

Then, when we arrived, their service was barely passable. The location was far away from everything. The bathtub drain was clogged, and the front desk closes at 10pm. In general, this place was reasonable, but cheap and cheapskate-y hotel.

At our

is far away from everything other than golf.

Rooms were clean and comfortable.we enjoyed sitting on our own balcony watching players on the 2 nd hole. We also enjoyed playing golf on their beautiful, well manicured grounds. The best part of our stay is the use of the private beach and facilities of the other red jacket resorts. Already planning our return!
