Wanda and the team at Blue Linden were simply amazing for our wedding! We started planning our wedding in March, 2023 for our October, 2024 date. From the very beginning, Wanda felt like a trusted friend who helped us along every step of the planning process. From the first conversation with Wanda, we could tell that she was experienced, organized and was 2-3 steps ahead of us when it came to questions and thought processes she knew would be coming. We got married in Idaho Springs, CO in August 2024 and utilized Blue Linden’s Wedding Management Package. From our first meeting, Wanda was the most grounding and guiding force for us. There were times throughout the process where we would spin out on our own overthinking details. We would hop on a call with Wanda and all our concerns immediately melted away. Her experience and knowledge of the industry allowed her to ask questions we didn’t think of and answer our questions in a way that validated our concerns and resolved them comprehensively. She took great care and patience through many iterations of our timeline to ensure she truly understood us and our vision. She communicated with us in a straightforward manner on our evolving vision to ensure its feasibility and execute it perfectly. We had limited time at our rehearsal and Wanda was excellent at managing and instructing our wedding party and family. Our time was used efficiently, and everyone understood their role and how they fit into our vision. She helped our day be perfect, from the day-of coordination to all the guidance and support in the months prior. We really appreciated her help in coordinating with other vendors as our day got closer and we got busier. We were incredibly thankful to have had someone as experienced and with such great vendor relationships as Wanda for our wedding planner. When a multi hour highway closure prevented any of our guests and vendors from getting to our venue on time, Wanda was immediately on the phone with local authorities trying to figure out alternate travel options, coordinating plans with all of our vendors, and working with venue staff on the ground to figure out every way to make our wedding happen. She helped get all of the vendors there and thanks to her relationships they all gladly agreed to stay an hour late at our wedding because of the delayed start. Despite the chaos, late arrivals and a 90 minute delay, Wanda didn't miss a single detail we had planned for our wedding and everything was set up and executed perfectly. I was incredibly impressed at how she worked to make things perfect under these conditions. Wanda's assistant, Tina, was also a rock star, keeping things moving on the ground until everyone could start arriving. We are very thankful for her as well. At first, I was nervous of hiring someone I’d never met (I live in Houston but my wedding was in Colorado), but she was so pleasant to work with and I knew on our first phone call that she would be the one. Very communicative throughout the process, when I wasn’t sure of a decision I appreciated her opinion/advice, my family and friends absolutely adored her, day of she calmed my nerves and handled everything seamlessly. I highly recommend Blue Linden for those who want a stress-free wedding. From the very beginning, Wanda was extremely responsive and professional. Even though I had officially contracted her for the day-of services, she really helped me throughout the whole year leading up to our wedding with any questions, coordinating with vendors, and making sure we were on top of the timeline.

A month before the wedding, we met up for the final walkthrough. I trusted her judgement and told her to use her discretion for any last minute decisions, and felt entirely confident that the day would go smoothly.

She went above and beyond and was very responsive during the whole process. From the beginning to the very end of our time working with her, Wanda was reliable and I recommend her highly.

Wanda is invaluable as a full service coordinator! She brought a wealth of information on venues and quality service providers. Budget details are important and Wanda brought to our attention expenses which sneak in and add up. Rehearsal and Day of event were smooth. Wanda and Natasha knew our plans, vendors and nuances of the day. As Parents of the Bride, my husband and I were able to enjoy the day and our guests without thinking about details. Wanda was always available to iron out any wrinkles. Exceptional service! Fun group to work with!!
