Nate was awesome and was very informative. I was happy with my current internet provider, but always like to hear people out. By the end of our conversation, I was happy to become a Verizon customer. He even gave me his direct contact information so I could easily get a hold of him if I had any problems or further questions. Thanks so much for being so great Nate!!

Alek is really good customer representative. He knocked at our door and asked us is we have 60 seconds to talk to him but when he started explaining us about Verizon internet we gave him half hour to help us setup everything with the Verizon. Very good man very good customer service.

Unfortunately, after receiving the unit, none of the promised speeds or pricing were achieved. After multiple attempts to get help from Nate, I had to work directly with Verizon for the return of the unit. Feels like a bait and switch.
