I wouldn't go anywhere else. This storage unit is secure, great customer service, and a variety of options to choose from. I believe I was spoke to a Julie, and she went above and beyond for me. I've already recommended this storage facility to three of my good friends, which I rarely do. If I could rate this storage facility above five stars, I definitely would. Great place, and will continue coming here for future uses as well!!

It was a great experience renting a unit in order to store my husbands tools and work things while our garage was being built.. both Julie and Deane were amazing to work with and have great great customer service.The facilities are clean and taken care. I have dealt with Black Canyon Storage for many years. I find the staff especially helpful and friendly. Julie and Deanne are super nice people. I rarely have concerns or issues, but when anything has come up, they work hard to get it resolved quickly. Their prices are much lower than storage facilities in Anthem or elsewhere in north Phoenix. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a storage room or vehicle storage.
