We loved staying at Black Canyon Ranch. We were there starting November 2024 and just left the beginning of May. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Emily and Josh do a great job building community. There is always an event to attend to meet others! The facility is so clean. We cannot wait to go back!

We arrived at Black Canyon Ranch for a last minute RV site. The receptionist was very friendly. It was super easy to book online. The facilities were very clean. The heated pool was so fantastic for the kids. They even had a variety of bikes to borrow and return, which was the highlight of our trip for our son! We would definitely come back!

Wow, where do I start. The managers Josh and Emily are so nice. Accommodating, kind and willing to meet all campers needs with smiles and care. The park is surrounded by the beautiful mountains, Black Canyon and Bradshaw. A short walking area outside the park in the desert. The heated pool and spa are wonderful. Laundry facility and showers are clean. Many pot luck gatherings and an abundance of citrus trees throughout the park are available to the campers. The people who live in the park full-time and seasonal could be more inclusive to the new campers but they are friendly. They just don't include many of the new campers. There are exceptions and we were thankful for them. We really are enjoying are time here. Ty Emily and Josh for welcoming us.

The staff were very nice and flexible with my arrival date. They helped me set up my rig and gave me lots of great tips about full time RV living. The place is kept nice & clean.

The team here is amazing. It was easy to book and Emily at the office was great with communication. When we got there Jan 2nd, Josh helped make sure our trailer was level, water working and that our Internet was working (my hubby wasn’t available, so this was a first for me). Then on 2/1 we moved to a new space and Josh was amazing at helping us again. Space was a back in space for our 36’ 5th wheel and had a tree that my husband had to navigate around to back in. Josh walked him thru the back up and they did it on the 1st attempt. Love the staff and this is our 1st experience at staying in a park! The grounds are well kept and quiet. Will definitely come back next season! Thank you all for your warm welcoming and taking care of your guests! The White’s

Clean, quiet, tons of beautiful citrus trees, colorful birds, convenient location, LOTS of activities each month, friendly and helpful staff. Able to set up your yard really cute. No face to face spaces so yards aren't shared. Love it here!

This resort is AMAZING! VERY welcoming and helpful staff, clean resort and facilities, calm and peaceful place, heated pool at the perfect temperature and spa. Residents and campers are so kind, my whole family had a wonderful time here. Highly recommend! Thanks a lot Emily and team!

Josh and Emily are amazing humans and awesome managers. They are focused on creating a positive experience for their guest. The park is dated, but very clean and the community of people are fantastic. During our stay we hiked the nearby trails and had breakfast at Two Brothers… delicious and the staff was a 10. Great weekend getaway.
