We booked a cruise through bjs and was told we would receive a $25 gift card which now 2 months later they say our cruise was too inexpensive to get the gift card. We only booked through them because they were the same price but then would receive the gift card, although it was not a huge card we did it anyway because the agent was so friendly. We will never book through them again.

On 2 occasions I chatted with a live person to book my cruise. The customer service was outstanding and exceptional. The agents have the patience of saints. The response to my questions during the chat were answered quickly and often supplemented with a link for visual clarification. To help them help you better, customers should do some preliminary work - like decide on a port of departure. I have used them in the past and they are consistent with quality customer assistance. Plus you get a nominal gift card depending upon the cost of your cruise!!

I researched various travel sites including travel agencies as this was my first Royal Caribbean Cruise i am going on. You kept it easy and the customer service was tremendous. I will definitely share me experience with friends and family.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

I used Bjs travel to book am amazing vacation for me and my fiancée to Florida to celebrate 🥳. I booked a great hotel from the pictures and was excited to go. Once we arrived at our hotel to our dismay the lobby was covered with bulletproof Glass, floor stained yellow and reaked of mold 🫨 and of course a no refund policy. I reached out to Bjs travel and they keep sending me to priceline? Even though I didn't book through them I booked through bjs. And bjs travel has basicly told sorry no refund and to have a great day......so much for being a loyal bjs member 😕. 0/10 will be canceling my membership and never using bjs travel again. The hotel wouldn't make it right, priceline wouldn't and bjs wouldn't help me either. I hope no one experiences what I did thanks to Bjs travel.

Our BJ's travel agent Donnie Brummer has been an outstanding professional who has responded to my initial cruise bookings for 5 rooms with 12 people with a great rates and options. After booking I have contacted him a half dozen times to make changes and get other options. Each time he responded within minutes and followed up with answers and ideas. He has been invaluable for me and I can absolutely recommend him highly....along with the benefits from BJ's that we received. I have booked my own cruises in the past but will always use Donnie and BJ's for all my travel in the future.
