The accessible ramp from the visitor center to the river is really nice and one of the few along this part of the Nashua.

There is an Ez-Lanch system for canoes and kayaks at the bottom which is great!

I saw the signs forbidding magnet fishing in the area since unexploded ordinance was found in the area a couple years ago.

Despite its closure since COVID-19, the VC's signs, displays & grounds have been well kept. Its serenity is enjoyable. Kayak/canoe launch nearby is a thoughtful, minimally intrusive addition to this beautiful natural setting and worth a stop for non-paddlers.

Quite location along the Nashua River. Place honors a person who helped preserve conservation areas along the river. Nice information center and areas to relax or launch a kayak. Mostly gradual changes in terrain for comfortable hiking and thinking.
