The staff here generously sponsored our volunteer group to visit this past summer and let us use their clubhouse to host our volunteer member appreciation event. The building has great amenities such as a fridge, sink and grill as well as tables and chairs and bathrooms. Our group really enjoyed the views from the porch and had alot of fun on the zipline course led by the guides. This place is a fun outdoors adventure excursion for anyone passing through or living on the South Cumberland Plateau!

Nice RV campground with hookups, and lots of tent sites. RV sites were very nice, although little shade. We also used the shuttle service to the Caverns for a concert, which was convenient but didn't get us back until 2 hours after the concert ended.

Beautiful and quiet spot to bring your RV. We were disappointed to find out the Farm house is no longer available for events but enjoyed our time on the property. It was EXTREMELY windy but the facilities are clean and the property is well maintained.

Full disclosure, I've never camped before this last weekend so I have no basis for comparison. Having said that, the setting for this campground is gorgeous. The grounds are immaculate, as is the bathroom facility (Pro-tip:take a roll of toilet paper with you, it goes faster than they can keep up with.)

I'm not sure what Bigfoot has to do with camping, and while it's not a complaint, I wonder if they would be better served by downplaying the mythical beast angle and playing up the incredible location and surroundings instead.

We stayed at the campground because of its proximity to the Pelham Caverns concert facility. Due to a last minute cancellation by the artist, I never even saw the caves, but I wasn't too upset since I got in a nice, vigorous hike around the area to see a creek, waterfall and a spectacular view of a gorge and valley. Had the humidity been less oppressive, we would have been game for the zip lines, but weather dictated time in the shade catching up on our reading.

It's clear this is a popular destination for RV and trailer owners, the spaces were almost all full. The sense of community among RV owners was obvious and respectful. I was really intrigued by The Farmhouse and would love to book a stay there having spent a weekend on the property. As a first-timer, I walked away very impressed and would absolutely return for another visit.

Set up a tent here at a beautiful spot in the wooded area. It had a rock fire ring. Ice and wood can be purchased. $10 a bundle, first bundle is free with site. The women at the welcome area were super sweet staff. Right now there is 1 men's and 1 women's bathroom. Brand new!! Looks amazing and CLEAN! Each bathroom has a sink, toilet, and a spacious shower. Great water pressure too. Only downside is that only 1 person can be using it so 2 people max for the whole campground can be using the bathroom at the same time. Otherwise beautiful place, beautiful views, and a great place to stay!! They are building more bathrooms too for future use.

Absolutely love being here, moved here December 2023 and we are full timers in our travel trailer. Prices are fair, full hookups are clean and in great working order (30amp and 50amp), the view is amazing and the office staff is great to work with. Highly recommend for a couple days, couple weeks or even a couple years. Just far enough to not deal with traffic but close enough to do everything in the surrounding areas.

Has potential. Campground is filled with good ideas, poorly executed. Seems like owner’s first time doing a campground. Lots of little mindless mistakes...

Huge area, but the RV spots are very close together. Lame when you are surrounded by ATVers with dune buggies. Some guy last night sat in his buggy next to us listening to a loud broadcast of a preacher speaking in tongues. No thanks.

Fire rings are oddly placed at end of grass pads, next to main road. Again, no hopes of any privacy or space, despite being set in a huge field.

Great looking stage, but why is it at the top of a hill, instead of at the bottom? Contradicts natural amphitheater concept.

Half of the RV spots are not level. Insist on one at top of hill that is level.

Roads are paved with loose, large gravel. Needs finer aggregate and needs to be walked in and compacted.

Why build a bath house with only 1 shower for men and 1 for women. You already paid for the building. The incremental coat to add more showers is minimal.

They have a cool location. Big open grass field in close proximity to So. Cumberland Park, Monteagle, and Sewanee. Great wifi. Acceptable cell coverage.

Beautiful scenery but that’s it. Management is rude. Bathhouse is usually nasty. You have to call the office and ask them to clean them. The water is horrible. It will clog your filters in 24 hours. If you don’t want things stolen from your campsite, you must lock everything up. And way over priced. And don’t expect to make a complaint to the owner He will not talk to nobody he likes to remain anonymous.
