I am the Owner of Moving n Grooving DJs and I had the pleasure of working with David's crew for a 50th B-Day party at Revelry 675 in Batavia. They provided a light up infinity dance floor and 360 photo booth. All I can say is WOW! This dance floor and 360 Booth were TOP NOTCH!

Not only was his booth and floor amazing his staff was outstanding to work with!

I hope to work another event in the future and I'd love to market this dance floor to my clients!

Stacy helped me with my chair rental order for my wedding on May 25th. She was so sweet every time we spoke on the phone and very helpful!! We ordered the dark brown garden chairs with cream seats and they were very pretty and worked out perfectly for our casual, summery, food truck wedding in Downers Grove! The delivery guys were awesome too. Very happy and will definitely use them in the future!! 🙂

I chose Big Tent Events after browsing for reviews--was quickly able to find them--good, authentic reviews on customer service and job performance. I could not agree more! We used them for a wedding rehearsal dinner for approximately 90 people--I do not have a big back yard. We rented tent, tables and chairs. Talked to Sharon F. on the phone before visiting. She asked me the right questions and had great suggestions. Any time I contacted her with my own questions or concerns, she was responsive, reasonable and knowledgeable. She even dropped off a table cover (to replace a torn one) on her way home.
Brett W. was crew lead for setup. Smart guy that also answered any questions/concerns I had and was considerate and thoughtful in managing an efficient crew. We have a tight space for entering the back yard and the crew was careful in their setup. Tent, tables and chairs were all good quality and in good condition.
I would use Big Tent Events again without hesitation or reservation!

Sue helped us from the very beginning understand what our needs were for our wedding. She was very understanding with changes, and confusion on our end (planning a wedding is stressful). They were able to add heaters to our order litteraly days before. Which was a life saver. The set up was flawless and stayed that way untill they toom it down. My wife and I have nothing but good things to say 10/10 would recomend!

Rented a tent and tables and chairs for a party we held in our back yard. Very helpful sales staff on the phone, good price for what we got, as I did shop around a bit, hassle free setup and take down. I didn't have to lift a finger to set up or take down, they do it all if you arrange it that way. I had additional questions along the way-- always helpful over the phone. Great experience with this company. It was a nice tent and the tables and chairs were quality as well.
