Beautiful view of the bay! There are eight covered picnic areas, and a small pier to enjoy the view. Dogs are allowed, but they must be on leashes.

Cool spot here not too many know about other than locals. Nice views of Sarasota Bay. The speed bumps are a little ridiculous coming in and out but I get it. The are play sets for kids as well. Not much of a beach but you can still lay out if you wish. never been busy anytime we went here. We lived about a mile or two from here at one time.

Fun place to put in your kayak or paddle board. Make sure you go at high tide. The water becomes very shallow. Lots of wildlife to see. Easy paddle, not too much current but as always pay attention to the water conditions.

If you want to come early, forget about it to this park. Nobody shows up on time to open the park or if it’s on a timer, it does not work. Very disappointing

Hidden gem tucked away behind the Rec center. There's a raised platform with hand rails great for relaxing in the warm Florida sun while enjoying the view. A large oyster bed rest just over the dredged canal that attracts lots of wildlife and fish. Good for watching or catching a meal. There's kayaks for rent that need to be reserved and paid for online. There is a large playground for the kids. To many pavilions with picnic benches to name. Each area has there own grille. This is all shaded by the biggest tree I've ever seen it has to be close to the largest in the county and even the state. It's a great place to spend time outdoors.
