Doug was amazing! It was raining cats & dogs on 11/22 in San Francisco. My first time in the city with my partner and we didn't want the rain to stop us. Doug was super informative, funny, and helpful on our tour of Chinatown. I would definitely recommend this to anyone planning a trip to San Francisco. Doug also had great tips on where to eat at bars & restaurants. His knowledge over the history was so cool and really showed the rich culture of the city. On top of it being pouring rain, Doug remained cheerful and happy which was very infectious. Our trip felt saved after that experience, we had so much fun and Doug's food tips helped us getting one of our favorite meals of our trip! Waiting at each stop was also super quick and helped us to navigate everything we wanted to for our trip. We bought a 2 day pass, extremely worth it.

We had a great time! Worth every penny. Very nice staff.. Stayed in SF for a week and Big Bus helped us explore the city each day!! Doug was our tour guide for Chinatown! He was great!! Thanks to all Big Bus San Francisco staff

We loved every second! Plan on a full day to get the most for your money! Buses were on time and could be counted on. Excellent service from the drivers! The buses stop at all the best places! Would book this again for sure!

With only two days In San Francisco this Tour Package was the best choice ! We got to experience so much with little walking. We were able to hop on and off at our convenience. Tickets included Alcatraz, saddle bike ride for $8 1st hour and then additional hour free, Fly over or 7D experience. We had choose 7D it’s like a video game where you shoot. We had so much fun we had to go and see flyer over we paid $7 per person instead of regular $14 only sense we got this package. China town was my best experience with our tour guide Doug so funny and knowledgeable. Overall great experience with everything walking distance. I will definitely be coming back !!

This is a must do tour when in San Francisco. Gets you to all the main sights in the city. Definitely recommend a 2 day pass as there is too much to see in one day. We got a two day pass, looking forward to seeing what we missed today!
The staff where also amazing, so friendly, professional and helpful, especially, Carlos, Erika and Arnel. Highly recommended tour.

Erika and Arnal were so helpful and accommodating! We stopped in a day early to make sure we were in the right spot, Erika took time to help us, even though we were not purchasing anything at the moment. The following day she remembered us and helped us plan a trip to Muir Woods and Wine country. Arnal worked out some kinks in our travel plans and we were off to a great trip! The Big Bus was great, saw all sides of the city and got some amazing photos!

We live this HOHO service. Got us about the city pretty good with friendly staff and informative narrative via provided headphones. 16 stops takes you through all the main sights.
Only slight criticism was a couple of locations described weren’t quite at the correct spot or they were too vague to locate.

Every driver was patient with giving directions to SF sights. I felt confident with the drivers’ expertise and driving skills.
Buses arrived on time at each and every stop.

Amazing Doug offered a 90 minute walking tour of Chinatown complete historical details, jokes, restaurant recommendations and a stop for a free fortune cookie. Delightful and caring - in tune with his guests.
