The space was just what we were looking for! Owners were accommodating and responsive. I couldn’t have asked for a better venue! Thank you!! We had the best time and still getting compliments on the space and party! The pictures do not do it justice! Gave us all the NOLA feels we were looking for!

BienVenue EaDo is a perfect small venue to host your party! Trust me, book the space, you won't regret it. Owner Brandon, was so nice and gracious. We hosted a very special dual celebration at his venue in Feb. We had several friends come in town from LA and NY who were all staying in downtown, the venue's location was super easy to find and get to. Our guests loved the venue, parking is easy, and was beautiful. When we arrived the tables and chairs were already placed for us, the venue has a fridge and microwave which made things easy for our caterer. There was also a small getting ready room which was great for my mom and I to get our hair and makeup done in. Overall, I would 10000% host another event here. Book this place!

This is for Beinvenue. Was new to this and this process was easy and they were so helpful. The email and proposals and website goes into detail of what your options are and they respond super quick when you have questions. I revised my proposal twice to add to the package. Due to the decorations in the picture, I was able to add table and linen setup and it made this easier as we were able to set up in 30 minutes. They even supplied the bartender for the drinks package and Ms. Tatiana was the best. I cant recommend this place enough. Ample parking, great, enclosed location, and by far the cheapest and best place to rent. They even sent a detailed breakdown of Dos and Don'ts and were available if I need anything, regardless of time. The owner himself even walked me through and showed me where everything was. Literally took the stress away from event planning. Ms. Tatiana even helped with what drinks to buy. I was recommended here and definitely recommending to others and planning another event here soon. A+ and I'm telling you, you won't find a better location and even if you don't bring decorations, this place is class.

We hosted a bridal shower and the space was just what we wanted and needed. Large enough for everyone to fit comfortably including the DJ. The counter space was perfect for our charcuterie set up. Everyone had a great time. Shanise was wonderful to work with. We will be a repeat customer.

We just booked this venue last minute for my son’s first birthday and it was exactly what we needed. We spoke with Francis who helped us from beginning to end with all our questions and worries. We are so grateful for finding this place.
It had all we needed and it was a reasonable price.
Would definitely book again if we have another event.

I recently hosted an important event at BienVenue, and while the venue itself has potential, my experience left much to be desired.

First and foremost, the air conditioning situation was quite troubling. On what was meant to be a memorable day, the staff struggled to manage the AC unit effectively, leading to significant discomfort for both myself and my guests. This lack of attention to a fundamental aspect of the event really dampened the atmosphere.

I reached out to Brandon, the owner, who was very gracious in his response and offered several incentives to rectify the situation. He promised a future free event, a discount for weekend events, and a personal gesture for my birthday. While I appreciated the thoughtfulness behind these offers, it’s worth noting that they remain unfulfilled. The follow-through on promises is crucial, especially when trust has already been shaken.

The venue’s physical space is lovely and has the potential for great events, but the service is a critical component that needs significant improvement. Exceptional service is what elevates an experience, and unfortunately, BienVenue fell short in this regard.

If you’re considering BienVenue for an event, it might be wise to ensure that the staff is adequately prepared to handle the essentials. While I hope they take steps to enhance their service, I can't say I would recommend them based solely on my experience.

In conclusion, while I want to believe in the promises made by Brandon and see the venue reach its potential, my recent experience has left me hesitant. The right service can make all the difference, and I hope they take this feedback seriously moving forward.

Absolutely beautiful space. Off street parking availability - plus on my list. Elegant and spacious. A nice blank canvas to fit all event needs. In the art district, making it a nice trip if you like murals😊 The owners are nice. Keyless entry. Beautiful natural lighting in the daytime. 1st floor and 3rd floor available for rental.
