I recently stayed at this location with my husband and my 7 month old son while visiting my dad for Thanksgiving. One of the huge pros of this location were the staff. I didn’t catch her name but there was a woman working the breakfast buffet who went above and beyond with helping us. She helped with making an oatmeal for my son to eat and before we even had the chance to clean up after our messy baby, she was right there cleaning for us. She was so incredibly friendly and kind, and she really made this stay incredible for us.

The other parts of our stay there were good was the room was clean and a good size and the cleaning crew did a great job cleaning our room each day.

I’m only taking off one star because the bed could’ve been just a little softer. I sleep on my side and it was a little uncomfortable for that, though it didnt sleep to bother my husband.

I also wish their pool was working. Someone at the front desk said that it hadn’t worked in quite some time. Although it was listed on the website the pool was out of order, I really would have liked to get a chance to swim.

I had a great time today.it was comfortable.i confirmed it. The people there were nice .I want to go back again. I loved the breakfast. I loved the pool. the towels were great.i really like the showers. I plan on coming back soon I come quite often as I know and I really enjoy it

I stayed here for 5 days on a work trip, including a full weekend stay. I was a little hesitant to stay here because of previous reviews. But after my stay I have to give the hotel good ratings .
It was a good stay. The room was clean, the breakfast was plentiful, and changed every day. And the staff was outstanding. All of my interactions with the staff were A+.
I even had to make last-minute changes for an extra, and they were able to accommodate them. When I had to withdraw the reservation for the extra room , they handled it with a smile and a no problem answer.
Thank you for a great stay. We will use this hotel again.

Gabby at the front desk was wonderful! I had a long day at work and she made sure I would have a pleasant stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. |I stayed on a Saturday night and although it was sold out, it was very quiet so I got a great night sleep. Would definitely go again!

We had a nice stay in this location.
Batty and some other front desk staff were sweet and caring. They were respectful with us and also playful and caring with my little kids.
Unfortunately I forgot the name of a lady from front desk to mention here.

Room was overly humid (carpet and sheets felt wet) and smells musty. We requested a different room and no family suites were available, nor was additional bedding for the pull out sofa bed. The front desk mentioned that other regular rooms were available, but they couldn't find bedding? The lady at the breakfast was very nice and attentive.

Tyler and Gabby at the front desk were wonderful. Best Western never disappoints. Updated room with great AC. Spacious tub. I never sleep well the first night anywhere, but slept great here. On a main road, but very quiet inside. Centrally located near all sorts of fun activities. Staff were all very pleasant. Gabby helped me out with some rewards questions I had. Pool is under construction so guess what? A) it’s going to be better than it was and B) there are gorgeous beaches less than 20 minutes away. Also, check out the New England Rodeo Saturday nights in Norton. It’s a 45-minute drive and worth it! I’ll definitely stay here again.

DO NOT STAY HERE. IT IS NOT SAFE.
This used hypodermic needle fell out of the tissue box in our bathroom and it missed my husbands foot by half an inch.

We moved out of the hotel immediately and had to find a last minute room for the evening. The closest/least expensive option was 40 minutes away and costs us much more money because of the last minute booking. The BW refused to refund us for the 1 night we were in their room. They say that they've refunded us 25% although its already been a week and it is not currently posted to my credit card. The management doesn't care that my husband or kids could have easily been poked by that needle. They won't even answer my calls or call me back or email me.

That alone should keep you away from this hotel, but the conditions at the hotel are horrible. Room was damp - bed/sheets/carpet/chair - all damp. The carpet near the a/c was wet. Several other people who were staying with us reported clogged toilets in their room when they checked in.

Would give this 0 stars if I could. Seriously, stay away.
