I tried using Best Travel twice now and ended up using Gulliver's Travel and The Travel Business. Each time, BT never got back to me. I had to call THEM weeks after my original inquire. When doing so, the agent didn't really remember me or what my planned destination was. I'll never use them again. I would strongly recommend The Travel Business...with them i had packages, prices, resort names, etc.. that same day!!!!!!!!!
