This company employs a caregiver who stole a couple of thousand dollars worth of items from me; some are totally irreplaceable. When I contacted the agency about it, the manager immediately started to yell and scream at ME, as if I had done something wrong. Then she immediately canceled ALL of my caregiving help, leaving me totally helpless after a very bad fall on top of everything else I have going on health wise.
If you would like to have your precious possessions stolen by your caregivers AND to be abused by their management, then by all means use this agency.
Furthermore, when my schedule changed so that my caregivers' schedules no longer worked for me, they refused to change their schedules so that I could utilize my caregivers. I just had to not use my caregivers although I'm sure they billed Elder Services for the full amount.
This is the WORST agency I have dealt with in my ten plus years of having to use a caregiver.
