As im writing this review i see other reviews have had the same issues as i have I do not recommend Best Home Care. I needed help with shopping and light house cleaning. The first time I was supposed to have someone come they never showed up. I called an hour after this person was supposed to be at my home and was told there was a mix up in the schedule she would not be starting until the following week. Ok I understand mistakes happen not a big deal. The week my homemaker came i had just got home from an appointment, she showed up an hour and a half earlier than expected, she said she had an appointment for herself that's why she came early but no one told me she'd be early so I don't know if I wasn't home if she'd come back at correct time. The next week SHE NEVER SHOWED UP. NO ONE CALLED TO TELL ME SHE WOULDN'T BE COMING. I called 4 different phone numbers for Best Home Care and MYSTIC VALLEY as they work together. And not one answered these phones just recording to leave a message. Well I did speak to someone name Milly I explained the situation and she said she'd get back to me well that was on a Friday afternoon around 3:30 pm come 5pm she still never got back to me and all of the voice messages I left on different phone numbers no got back to me. My opinion there's never a person to speak to only Please Leave A Message that's all I ever got, and I feel that some of these homemakers show up when they feel. Also on the homemakers TIME CARD she CHECKED OFF SERVICES that she didnt do and wanted me to sign her time card for them I wrote on it that these services were not done only shopping. And all this was in 3 weeks. Needless to say I'm switching agencies

Over the past few years, my mom had to seek out and acquire home care services for several (elderly) loved ones. It really can be a grueling, rather worrisome process. You wonder if those you've entrusted with your loved one is reliable, truly caring and compassionate, as well as trustworthy. I cannot express how wonderful Best Home Care is. From the moment we met Martha, we had good feelings about the agency. Martha has a magical flair for pairing just the right caregiver. The care my grandmother has been receiving from her caregiver Shanniel, exceeds our expectations. It's also quite comforting that the field nurse is also wonderful as well as quite knowledgeable and supportive.
In choosing Best Home Care I feel I have not only selected an agency with wonderful, patient, and caring human beings to help care for my grandmother; I also feel I have selected an amazing support system. All have contributed to making this difficult period so much better and the quality of life for my grandmother (and myself and mother) so much better.

I am wrtting to tell you best home care is the best my mom gets alot of service with them one of the best people she has had i this lady ruth she is awesome i would recomend her to anyone she is a very good worker

would not recommend. didn't cook, ñot much English, didn't give medication properly, stayed on cell phone constantly, neglected basic needs.
