A feeling of safety ( the work they were doing was correct and not damaging of any other functions of the vehicle).

A feeling of professionalism ( where they work as a team to resolve concerns for and the future).

A feeling of quality (to see the craftsmanship looks like factory work right of the assembly line to the showroom floor).

I had my second dash cam ( upgraded) and back for speakers. One more thing, the Clovis location where they don't up sale you they discussed my needs and gave honest opinion with reasoning why. I appreciated that.

So i just bought a TV from the Best Buy in riverpark. They helped me wheel it to the car. Then i looked back to when i bought my old TV from here. I realized that they treated me horribly. They made me and my tiny gf carry the 65in tv out of the store with no cart. The employee told me he can only walk with us and watch. He said it was their policy that he cant touch it. I took his word until my recent purchase at riverpark bestbuy and got the best treatment ever. This place is horrible.

Terrible experience with three separate employees in a row. They have incorrect pricing all over the displays and gave multiple customers a negative experience going back and forth on price.i Will never shop such a poorly managed store again.

Jayming was perfect. I only waited a minute or 2 before he approached me and checked if I needed help. He asked me questions for what I was looking for exactly as well as price and color, etc. He went above and beyond to search and find my product. He then checked to make sure this was the only item I was looking for before checking me out in 30 seconds himself. I've never had an easier time in a store.

1st and foremost the staff helped me solve my problems with my internet and setting up my home office! Though it took a few trips to the store and a few calls to customer service. But the quality of the equipment i purchased was worth it. Thank you geek sqaud!

Went to get a warranty replacement for a Samsung watch. I bought the accidental damage protection plan so it was easily covered. The gentleman at customer service (Alec) did a great job on the exchange! We were in and out in less than 5 minutes!! Alec was very professional and knew exactly how to process the exchange. Thanks for a great experience!!

While I appreciate customer service; providing it at the checkout counter is not a fun experience. One checkout person, line with 15 customers and each one getting support while paying.

In store options are VERY limited for a lot of items. I needed a WIRED ear bud set. I basically had 3 options. All the other options I had to order online and either pick up later or have delivered. Not cool as I need them tomorrow morning. :/ The store employees were super nice but you need more stocked items.
