For the 5th year, we stayed in Bay Watch 3B on Anna Maria Island. We love this island, it's people, it's food, the spectacular sunsets on the Gulf and sunrises on the Bay side and our great apartment! It's the perfect location - literally a short walk to the beach and near excellent restaurants and a short walk to Bridge Street shops. We have a heated pool with plenty of comfortable lounge chairs. Our porch has excellent outdoor furniture and a spectacular view of the drawbridge, sunrises, local birds and occasional schools of dolphins. The apartment has a new refrigerator and glass top electric stove, two coffee pots - Keurig and traditional, very comfortable couch and chairs, new matresses and two full bathrooms, two parking spots and so much more. Cannot say enough great things about the Bay Watch privacy or the great neighbors we've met. Highly recommend this perfect get-away location!

Great, hassle free rental experience with Best Beach Getaways and a great room at AMI Marbella Villas. Spacious screened in balcony with perfect beachfront sunset views (see pics)! Large beach facing living room and kitchen. Loved the full sized bunk beds and pool/ping pong table for kids. Swimming pool & hot tub was great, even saw the pool guy during our stay, well maintained. Great oversized parking heights under the building for roof boxes.

I loved my vacation in Anna Maria Island!! My condo at Runaway Bay was so convenient to the beach! And if I didn't feel like the beach, the pool was so inviting. My place was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The only complaint ( if you could call it that) was the broken screen door. I spent most of my time just walking on the beach between different restaurants and if I ventured further the trolley was there. I will be back!!

The new owner made some great updates with the new living room and dining room furniture. There is also a new king bed in the master which is really comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and I loved the walk in shower. Great views of the Gulf. I would not hesitate to stay there again. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

My vacation with my mom at LaCosta condominiums on Bradenton Beach was absolutely amazing. We rented unit 109 and it was so beautiful, comfortable, clean, and and fully stocked with everything that we needed for a perfect vacation for the week. The view from the lanai was absolutely amazing. The sunset dropped right in front of us, and it was gorgeous every single night. The walk to the beach, was less than 100 feet and the pool was clean and warm. I couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing vacation. We made friends. We had a lot of laughs and we met Bethany who was in the office who was very accommodating to anything that we needed. I will definitely rent here again. Can’t wait to come back.

Best beach getaways is such an amazing company to rent through! They helped with questions right away and made sure our stay was amazing! We stayed at Runaway Bay on Anna Maria Island and our condo we stayed in was absolutely beautiful!! 2 bed rooms and 2 bathrooms and all the amenities you can think of! Very clean and updated and right where the action is "the gulf".. It's just a short walk to the beach and if you don't do the beach There is a salt water pool there that is absolutely beautiful and always clean!! We have been using this company now for 4 years and will continue to keep using them because they make our yearly trip such a beautiful and amazing one! Excellent stay at LaCosta in Anna Maria Island! This was our first time staying at this resort but it will not be our last. Best Beach Getaways was so easy to work with and they let us know as soon as it was ready to check in.

In June, I stayed at the LaCosta #118 property and was very pleased on the upgrade quality of the interior, as well as its view and close proximity to the beach. It is a great place to enjoy Anna Maria Island. I would stay at this property on my next visit to the island.
