I couldn’t be happier with the food catered by Ron Catering for Christmas! Every dish was an absolute hit with my guests. The penne vodka was perfectly creamy and flavorful, the chicken francese was tender and had just the right balance of lemony richness, and the beef tenderloin was cooked to perfection—juicy and full of flavor. Even the vegetarians in the group raved about the eggplant parmigiana, which was deliciously layered and hearty.

Thank you, Ron Catering, for making our holiday meal so special. Your attention to quality and taste truly stood out, and we can’t wait to order from you again! Highly recommended.

Many Thanks to Chef Ron & Bernwood Catering! We celebrated our Mom’s 90th Birthday with all of the Family, and it was a memorable event! Chef Ron and his Staff created a wonderful menu with Filet Mignon and Branzino as the stars of the night. We definitely recommend Chef Ron for your Event. The food was wonderful, especially the lamb appetizer-Big Hit! Service was top-notch. Communication with Chef was extremely thorough with fast responses.

Working with Chef Ron was very easy. There were a few things I didn’t even think of for my luncheon/celebration of life that Ron brought to my attention which really made the event! His attention to detail was exactly what we needed. The servers and bartender were extremely professional and friendly. The food was exceptional and the presentation was outstanding. Bernwood offered a variety of food that catered to everyone. I highly recommend Chef Ron!

Chef Ron is in and his entire team were completely amazing with quick response time after the first request “and able to do the job with one week only to prepare for my large company event. Everything went off perfectly and the food was tastefully amazing so many choices it was just a beautiful display of Pure goodness. All of my guests could not stop talking about how amazing the food was considering we do these events twice a year. They said this one was the best one yet. !!!

We could not have dreamed of a better catering experience for our wedding weekend! Ron and his staff not only catered our wedding but our rehearsal dinner as well! For the rehearsal we had a fish fry and people are still talking about how fresh and perfectly breaded the fish was! It was the perfect Florida fish fry! For our wedding day he really out did himself! The cocktail hour included charcuterie, fresh blackened cilantro fish cups over a bed of tropical rice and avocado, and sesame ahi tuna wonton nachos! Followed up by island salad, juicy prime rib, a honey pineapple ham, roasted veggies, and pasta! Don’t let me forget the delicious cannolis! Every piece of food was down right delightful and the presentation was beautiful! The service was top notch and the entire operation is 10 out of 10! I could not recommend them enough! Thanks Ron and team for helping make our wedding perfect in every detail! You all were awesome!

We hired Chef Ron & the team to cater for our guests to my wife’s birthday party. It was a great experience and really appreciated by our guests. The food was excellent especially the tenderloin sliders. The bacon wrapped scallops were delicious too. Having a Barman was such a great addition and made it easy to greet our guests.
