The most incredible wedding venue! Not only was the scenery and facilities gorgeous, but the team who worked with us on our wedding could not have been more helpful. Barbara, Lay, and Amy were so patient but also able to point out things we had not thought of. The result was a fairly large wedding that ran smoothly and without a single complaint from any guests. Emotions run high during weddings and the team at Bergheim were kind and compassionate. They made our day so much easier!

Getting married in Texas? Ranch weddings are as "Texas" as you can get, and Bergheim Ranch is definitely that place. You get Hill Country charm, a spectacular ranch setting, and one of the most gorgeous venues in the South Texas area. The way the sunset lays across the reception and ceremony areas is ideal, which is amazing for any photographer looking for those dramatic sunset wedding images. A must see venue for any couple looking for a Texas Hill Country ranch wedding.

Amazing Venue! We hosted our son’s baptism here in 2021 and we loved the hospitality Barbara provided so much so, we are hosting a second event this year! The grounds are spectacular, the crosswinds with their grand doors is what the heavens must feel like. My guests were in complete awe of the ranch. We had access to the pool and we brought in a lifeguard to ensure the kids were safe, it all went so well. We cannot wait for our event this year and I share this post so that you can enjoy it too!

We had our wedding here and it was perfect!! Barbara was wonderful and so flexible. She was quick to respond and flexible when we needed/wanted to come by to look at the venue. Highly recommend Bergheim Ranch for your event!!
We rented the Windmill house out for the night before the wedding and it was perfect for me and my bridal party. We had such a wonderful time getting ready there. It was spacious and cozy and the view of the ranch in the morning was beautiful!

Our experience at Bergheim Ranch was incredible!! I have nothing negative to say about our time spent there. We felt so welcomed from the first day we went on the property, including our kids. All our questions were answered quickly and thoroughly just a phone call/email away. We were even able to go check out the venue a couple more times after locking in our date, to make sure we were planning accordingly to the space we rented. Barbara and Frank went above and beyond for us to ensure we had a smooth wedding day, despite our major caterer issues we had going on (completely unrelated to the venue). Our stay at the guest home and two bungalows was relaxing; everything was super clean, and the environment was quiet and peaceful. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to book for your wedding/party. We would definitely book again!

A fantastic location for a wedding. We were supposed to have an out door wedding but unfortunately it was cold and damp. Barbara and her staff found a way to bring the wedding indoors. They provided heaters and kept the place warm. The bridal party stayed and got ready in a beautiful cabin while the groomsmen stayed in treehouse type cabins. We never had to ask for anything as it seemed Barbara was always one step ahead in thinking what we would need. Such a lovely location and great people we would highly recommend Bergheim Ranch for your next function.

Where do I begin, cannot say enough about this awesome find at the edge of the Texas hill country.
This is an awesome venue, and I am so glad I found it. The facility especially the beautiful pavilion and lodging will take your breath away. Wonderful dealing with Barb, she made everything very easy and stress free. They made our event one to remember, thanks again. We shall return very soon!
