For the price, not impressed. Basically a boat ride, on a small old boat, impossible to hear the lady tour guide, seated in plastic lawn chairs. Love Eureka Springs, but too many of the tourist attractions are decades old and have not kept up with renovations.

We went for the cruise. It was a good experience. 60$ for me, my wife and daughter was quite reasonable.

Was a fun thing to do with our group while on vacation. Knocked it down a star with them charging $25 per person, cash only. Way too much for an hour and 15 minute ride.

My wife and I rode aboard the Belle over Labor Day weekend. It was an absolute joy and the highlight of our Eureka Springs getaway! After reading some of the reviews, I was a little worried so I called ahead to make sure they were sailing that day. They answered and said that they were. The Belle is located next to a marina that is inside a state park. We were able to park right next to the dock, despite the lake being at flood levels. Mary Ann was a blast, with a lot of experience and knowledge of this particular lake, and nature in general. The seats were sturdy metal framed lawn chairs with cushioned seatpads positioned under a shaded awning. I'm a very big guy and still found them to be very comfortable. The lake itself is a hidden treasure of the Ozarks. Not a lot of traffic even for a holiday weekend, not heavily developed, and has clear turquoise water. We are already planning to ride the Belle again in a few months to check out the fall colors.

Would've loved to go on this - except it was nearly impossible to do so! We called ahead 3 times the entire weekend we were there and every time were told to not bother coming down because in order for it to be 'profitable' for them they'd need a group of four or more, and since people rarely call ahead, and it's not recommended to do so on any of their advertising, you are often left twisting in the wind. As pretty much the only way to see the lake other than renting your own boat, they really ought to opt for a different business model or scheduling system.

Recently passed though Eureka Springs. I've had great experiences on the Belle, so a return trip was a must. I always look for family owned businesses to patronize. I was looking forward to seeing Mary Ann again, as she is always so welcoming; and seems to remember everyone who has ever sailed on the Belle. But, alas, it was her day off. So our intrepid group was accommodated by her witty and chatty husband who pilots the boat like a fine instrument. Learned some very interesting factoids about the lake and the Native Americans who lived in the area. Who knew the Osage were such a force!? Saw two teen aged eagles sitting in a nest from fairly close range. Keep in mind that seeing eagles can be hit or miss. Eagles are notoriously uncooperative to human wants and schedules. The Louisiana heron and yellow crowned night heron were frosting on the cake for this old bird watcher. There were 8 of us on this tour. We got to be pretty friendly. Everyone helped everyone take pictures. The day was sunny and warm, just the perfect day for an outing on the lake. A lot of things add up to make this a five star experience. Next time I pass through the area, I will definitely ride the Belle again. Safe and entertaining, and relaxing.

Beautiful scenery and a relaxing cruise. The chairs were very uncomfortable, but you get what you pay for. Make sure you call ahead and verify that the cruise is going out; we had to call twice and finally was able to catch one of the cruises! Worth the wait.
