My wedding was two weeks ago and it was absolutely perfect and truly even better than I could have imagined and it’s all thanks to Bella Sposa Events! I cannot recommend Bella Sposa, especially our lead planner Michal, enough!! Michal made everything about the planning process go so smoothly and was so communicative and always answered any questions I had along the way via text or email. She was able to help me reach out to vendors and make sure everything was on track with them and kept me up to date during our monthly phone calls. She was super helpful with keeping me on track as well making sure I was working on making all the decisions on my end such as music choices and who was giving toasts, etc. And even though Michal made the planning process so easy and stress free I was truly blown away by the amazing work she and her assistant coordinator Amanda put in on the day of the wedding. I had DIYed all of my flowers and most of my decor and while I got it all to the venue Michal and Amanda set everything up exactly as I had imagined it and I know it was SO much work but they pulled it off effortlessly and brought my Pinterest dreams to life! We also had a few little bumps in the road due to the recent hurricane affecting the venue spaces we were going to use and Michal kept me so calm and confident that everything was going to work out and she advocated for me with the venue to make sure that everything was still going to be amazing despite the obstacles. During the rehearsal and on the day of the wedding they also made sure everyone was where they needed to be and that everything ran smoothly and even though I’m very type A and have a hard time not being in control of everything it was so easy to pass that off to them and trust that they had everything handled and I didn’t have to worry about a thing! All in all 1. Yes you do need a wedding planner, it makes all the difference and 2. Absolutely choose Bella Sposa Events and ask for Michal!! You will be so happy you did :))

Bella Sposa Events made all of our wedding dreams come true. We cannot thank Jenn and Bella Sposa enough for everything. The whole wedding planning process can be so stressful but Jenn was always there and was so helpful. Jenn was there from the day my husband and I got engaged, to the second I was ready to walk down the aisle, and all the way through the reception and cleanup. We were able to just enjoy our wedding day to the fullest because Bella Sposa had EVERYTHING handled. I cannot recommend Jenn and everyone at Bella Sposa enough to help plan your dream wedding! We are so thankful and we wish we could relive our perfect day over and over again!

Absolutely thrilled to have worked with Bella Sposa Events for our wedding. From start to finish, they were true professionals and an invaluable asset to our special day. Especially Michal our coordinator.
First and foremost, her attention to detail was impeccable. Every little aspect of our wedding, from the ceremony to the reception, was executed flawlessly. It was evident that she had a keen eye for design and a knack for turning our vision into reality. Considering we provided most of the décor our self’s and trust me it was a lot , and she was responsible for taking care of all, I was overwhelmingly impressed with how stunning everything looked and we received countless compliments from our guests about the beautifully displayed decor and seamless flow of the event.
On the day of the wedding, Michal went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly. she was very calm under pressure, addressing the few unexpected issues with grace and efficiency. Her presence allowed us to relax and fully enjoy the day, knowing that we were in capable hands.
Michal and the whole Bella Sposa Team were warm, friendly, and genuinely invested in making our day special. It felt like we had trusted friends guiding us through the wedding planning process

With the package we chose through our venue Club Lake Plantation they worked with Bella Sposa assigning us a wedding planner 2 months out until our wedding. Our assigned wedding planner, Yulieth, was the best! She helped to relieve both me and my now husband of our stress leading up to the day, especially the timeline by putting together a master one. Not that we had anything crazy pop up but her and her assistant made sure everything was smooth putting out any fires that appeared day of. Highly recommend Bella Sposa ☺️.

The first step after you get engaged and decide on an Orlando-area wedding is to hire Clara from Bella Sposa! We did the partial planning package and I literally cannot imagine not having Clara throughout our wedding planning process. The way she held my hand sending me monthly emails of tasks to keep us on schedule, helping select and communicate with vendors, and double checking contracts- she literally made everything so much easier especially planning from a long distance. We are so grateful! Clara has the most beautiful energy and is so calm and organized. She really helped our vision come to life and everything was exactly as we imagined. I cannot say enough good things about Bella Sposa Events. I got the chance to work with both Jenn & Clara during the planning process and was fortunate enough to have Clara and Hayden at my wedding. Their communication was always prompt and they never missed a detail in our conversations. Clara truly took all of the stress off of everyone. Both her and Hayden were optimistic, efficient, and detail-oriented. Clara was able to overcome hurdles that completely fixed what could have been major issues during the wedding day, and I didn't even know until after. I worked with Bella Sposa specifically Delaney and Emily for coordinating our wedding on October 5th of this year and they knocked it out of the park. Delaney is just absolutely amazing and from the beginning helped make sure everything went perfect. Emily is going to be an amazing lead here soon and I am so happy I was able to work with them both.
