Sarah was truly amazing and I would not have had such a perfect wedding without her. Sarah thinks of all the little things that I honestly would have never thought of, puts together all the details perfectly and cohesively, and does it all so kindly. Sarah worked with my family to pull off a special surprise without me even knowing and that just goes to show how she will go above and beyond the expectations of anyone. She is someone I will always recommend for any wedding going forward. A small expense that is worth way more than you can imagine! Worth including in your wedding budget!!

To put it simply, Sarah is the absolute best. She truly went the extra mile every step of the way to make the vision for our wedding come to life, and throughout the entire process, she was always so kind and genuine. She took on the tasks that we needed help with no matter how big or small, and on wedding day she made sure everything went off without a hitch. She was also such a calming presence at each step, and we had many guests and family members comment on how wonderful she was to be around. It’s an understatement to say that our wedding wouldn’t have been what it was without Bee Balanced Events!

I have also had the pleasure to work with Sarah on the vendor side of things. She is always informative and prompt, but always so kind and level-headed. She sees vendor teams as just that and always makes sure I have what I need to do my best work. I always look forward to working with Sarah!

Sarah made the entire planning process so smooth and stress free. Our wedding day was exactly on schedule and everything went perfectly. Our family and friends told us several times how much they loved and were impressed by Sarah and her team. I had friends asking for her contact information after seeing how amazing of a job she did. My husband and I were both sad when we realized we wouldn’t be working with her anymore bc we enjoyed our time so much. Sarah is magical - so genuine, a great problem-solver, and a joy to work with! She truly went above and beyond to ensure we had the best day ever. For example, she quickly adjusted our wedding timeline (literally the day before the wedding) to account for possible severe weather, moving up events to allow for guests to leave early if necessary. She communicated the last-minute changes with all the vendors, and the day went beautifully! Incredibly grateful we were able to work with her!

Sarah was our wedding planner. She did an amazing job, expertly coordinating all the big and little details and ensuring that everything went perfectly on the big day.

We also appreciated how Sarah guided us through all the decisions we needed to make, using her experience to make suggestions while always listening and understanding what we wanted.

She helped us find great vendors, helped us design and print signs, seating charts, etc., loaned us supplies, and in many other ways went beyond our expectations.

All the while, she had a calm a friendly demeanor, giving us peace of mind during this sometimes stressful process, and making us feel like we were her most important clients.

There are not enough words to describe how grateful we were for Sarah throughout the entire process of planning our wedding and on our wedding day. She understood our vibe and vision from day one and met us exactly where we were. She sent personalized recommendations that aligned with our ideas and was able to accommodate numerous changes with flexibility and ease. She was calm, organized, and a joy to be around. When it came to our actual wedding day, I was even more blown away. I’ve been a bridesmaid many times and I’ve never seen a wedding coordinator do so much. She anticipated all of our needs and took care of things I would have never even thought of. She even dropped off our marriage certificate paperwork for us after our wedding! Our true queen. An incredible ally to us as members of the lgbtq community, which means a lot when the wedding industry is intimidating and not always welcoming. We cannot recommend Sarah enough and I truly have no idea how we would have pulled off a wedding without her!
