Once you get here, there is a parking lot for the area.It is ten dollars to park. You will follow a trail on the all trails app which will take you into a complete loop. From the all trails app, I ended up following some of the daddy line, which took me around the quarry area. And there are so many cool rusted finds back there . Definitely a gorgeous and wonderful hike. I really enjoyed hiking this area There is also so much history here.

This is the second time in ten years i went to see this history. Very surprised to see a parking machine fee for $10. But I can understand that people ruin the parks with litter. ALWAYS CARRY OUT MORE THAN YOU CARRY IN ….ESPECIALLY YOU THE YOUNGER HEALTHY HIKERS THAT CAN CARRY A LITTLE. At 65 i can carry out a few cans and plastic bottles you can too. Do your part thank you.

I went on a cloudy afternoon. This place felt so haunting but breathtaking. Short walk to go to the quarry. But pay attention to see all the ruins and little gems from the past. Interesting place

Awesome place to go for a walk & do some exploring. $10 parking per car. Not much of a hike to the quarry. Could go swimming/ cliff jumping if that is of any interest to you. (At your own risk) They range 20ft 40ft 60ft & last 80ft. I’ve jumped from the 20 & 40 nothing higher but I have seen people do 60 & 80.

A cool quarry to check out. The trail was short enough. I did not go any further than the quarry itself. Not a must see destination but nice to check out if in Becket.

Very cool spot for its uniqueness and history around it. When you go there's plenty of parking but there is a fee for it. Don't let that scare you away, it's worth it. When you get up the path which takes awhile you will find signs talking about the history of the quarry. For my kids it made it a learning experience. The quarry was also very beautiful with the bottom of it filled with water. Local kids were there swimming in it, bringing the area to life. Some of the old milling equipment is still there wasting away to the elements. There's a lot of trails up there and I wish we had more time to check it all out. We'll have to come back to explore more of the area!

Nice 30 minute hike to Quarry. $10 fee.
Alot of old equipment left when it was abandoned. There's also another trail you can hike. You can go swimming but you have to climb down rocks to get to water.
