I recently hosted a “Day of the Dead” themed Halloween party at the cabin, and highly recommend Beaver Flats Cabin as a venue. Donnie, the manager, was very easy to work with, and very quick with responses via text/email/phone. The venue is on the smaller side, so it’s a place for intimate gatherings, not large parties. Our group had around 20, and it was perfect size. Another great thing about this venue is price $$. This space is much more reasonably priced than most venues in this area. It’s the type of venue if you want a “homey” feel, without the hassle of having guests at your house! Highly recommend!

Doni and DeeDee were amazing to work with. When I booked they let me know there was a scheduling conflict but thankfully since they have 2 locations (the cabin and the banquet hall) I was able to rent the banquet fall from them instead of the cabin. I booked this venue out of state and they were very accommodating- sending me videos, answering questions when I reached out, and accepting payment easily online. The banquet hall was gorgeous, they had tables and chairs already set up with the linens when we arrived. A spacious kitchen and 2 very clean bathrooms. I highly recommend this venue and the owners and will use them in the future the next time we plan an event in Dothan!

The Owners at Beaver Flats Cabin ALWAYS goes above and beyond for any event we may need. This time we celebrated my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary and their Banquet Room and it was PERFECT. Thank you, guys, so much for making our beautiful day an easy one!

The perfect location for a birthday celebration. The owners were so accommodating & friendly. Relatively inexpensive considering what’s included with your booking. Would definitely use them again & recommend them to anyone looking for a small, intimate venue space
