We rented from Beautiful Moments for our daughter’s backyard wedding on June 15th. Working with BM was a pleasant experience from the day I first called in about tables, chairs, dance floor, tent, and hi-tops to the day before the wedding when they arrived on time, set up everything efficiently and were very hard working. The staff in the office were always pleasant. Thanks for everything. I give them 5 stars, our wedding was beautiful!

We worked with Jessica for our New Years Eve Wedding and it was an amazing experience, she went over our options, showed us the showroom, and updated our quote each time we had new requests. When it came time to receive and set up our tables and lights, the men who unloaded the trucks were prompt, sweet, and hardworking and did an awesome job. Highly recommend!!!!

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Chris and Russell from Beautiful Moments. We recently hired them for our fall festival at Stone Creek and they absolutely exceeded our expectations.

First and foremost, their professionalism was top-notch. From the moment they arrived, they showed great attention to detail They really listened to our needs and made sure to address any concerns we had.

Not only were they professional, but they were incredibly fast
and efficient.They, along with their crew, managed to set up 26 tents in no time. It was truly impressive to see them work so seamlessly together. They definitely know what they're doing and it showed.

One thing that really stood out to me was how Chris and Russell didn't just oversee the process, but they actually worked alongside their crew. It was clear that they were hands-on and dedicated to ensuring everything was done perfectly. Their teamwork and work ethic were truly commendable.

Overall, I cannot recommend Chris and Russell from Beautiful Moments enough. If you're looking for a reliable and efficient team to handle your event needs, look no further. They truly made our fall festival a success and we are grateful for their hard work.

My Daughter just used Beautiful Moments for her wedding reception at The Villages Polo Club. It was an amazing event. Gloria was absolutely wonderful and everything was done perfectly. She coordinated with the caterers and florist seamlessly and everything came out beautiful. We had not one, not even a little issue or problem with anything! I would definitely highly recommend them. Thank you Gloria!!!!!! Your the Best!!!

The event coordinator had the family and friends of the bride set everything up. From putting table coverings on, to putting plates and silverware out and moving chairs. She also left the event before it ended and left no instructions on what to do with plates, table coverings, glasses and so on. She was unorganized and not very speedy. Very dissatisfied with the service that wasn’t provided.

We used Beautiful Moments for our CEP Grand Opening and we were amazed by their service. I literally called them one time, told them what I wanted, and they handled EVERYTHING. They had decorations, food, drinks, tables, chairs and it all matched my business colors. So I was able to focus on meeting clients not decorating. People that attended were impressed.
