I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms. It was modern and had all the fixtures one could need. Mine didn’t have much natural lighting or a balcony though. And I could have used a spare blanket in the room, as I was cold even with the AC turned off. It was located near the beach and marketed at a very good price point. My only real complaint was the inaccessibility (you can’t reach the desk by phone, there’s an answering service, and good luck if anyone calls you back even within an hour during business hours) and the rudeness of the front desk staff and manager. I found the manager so rude that it tainted my entire stay. As long as you have no need to interact with the front desk then you can have a good time there.

In this place, they make people work to clean and don't pay them, hiring people without work permit and paying them under the minimum wages under Florida work law, and the customers can see how clean are the rooms,see how hard the maids work and they don't get paid or if they are lucky maybe they get get pay few dollars

We are staying in the one bedroom deluxe room and this is the only place I want to stay when I come to Miami.

The bedroom and living room are huge, very clean and fully equipped. Everything is new and Julian goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I also love that there is an Amazon Locker right in the lobby.

The location on the tip of Bal Harbour is wonderful, we've been taking the short watch to the beach to see the sunset every day. Definitely recommend, and we'll be coming back.

Close to Haulover beach, walking distance. Room was fine. But it can get loud there. One night some alarm went off around midnight. High, piercing, suoer loudsound. We did not know what it was. We could not reach any personnel. We searched for the source and found it came from the elevator! After 3 h and no one checking in things we turned it off. The elevator was a nuisance even without the alarm. Every time someone pushed the elevator button, an extremely loud sound was omitted. We heard it in our room and it kept us awake.a lot. .That the crazy alarm (we reported it the next morning) and people with kids clattering and shouting about in the aile late at night frequently. The problem is that there is no personnel around at night keeping an eye on things
