This trip was awesome with Captain Toby. We had 6 adults and 3 dogs (not small dogs). Went to a great island/beach on the mangroves, had basically an entire beach (huge) to ourselves for hours. Stunning.

Then went for a long boat ride through the inner coastal looking at homes, fancy boats, saw dolphins up close with a baby (i know we got lucky). Ended up getting a sunset that was truly spectacular (extra 1/2 hour at no extra charge).

The Marina where we meet is easy to find, lots of parking and super nice. Bathrooms available.

Captain Toby, is chill, friendly, has a great demeanor, helps out everywhere he can.

One of our dogs fell between the dock and sea wall (our dogs fault) and was a little stuck, Toby was quick to jump and grab the dog before any of us knew what happened. Thank you for that!!!!!!

Totally recommend super fair prices. No extra surcharges it was just as quoted, plus of course fuel.

Got some great pictures. Recommend this trip (he has lots of options).

We had an amazing time. Tubing was so fun, the kids didn’t want it to stop. We also did the sand bar which is absolutely a must. The boat was clean and super fun to be on. Toby was extremely nice and kept us alll entertained for the 3 hours of our rental.

I booked a trip with Beach Bum Charters/ owner Captain Tobey. Captain Cliff who actually toured us around Sarasota/Siesta Key was wonderful! Felt very safe and in good hands. My friends and I visited for a bachelorette party and 100% book again. Saw wonderful sights and beaches. Had an unforgettable time!!

Smoooooth sailing! You must use beach bum charters if you want to explore the intercoastal waters of Florida. The captain is exceptionally knowledgeable on the area, courteous, and curates am experience just for you! Whether it's fishing, relaxing at sandbars, tubing, or exploring, beach bum charters has it all! We saw dolphins, manatees and lots of fish 🙂

An amazing experience with Beach Bum Charters! We scheduled a 2-hour scenic tour and Toby was super accommodating making the time slot we were looking for happen! The registration process was super easy and smooth.

Captain Colin was our captain for our tour and he was OUTSTANDING!!! Super knowledgeable about the area. Took us on a beautiful scenic tour. He made the whole experience so awesome for us! Highly recommend this charter!

Highly recommend Captain Tobey, great experience. Conscious of wind/weather conditions at time of schedule and flexible to reschedule if need be.
Great trip with kids and family! Great catch and release of multiple species of fish all while enjoying scenic sunset sky. We saw multiple dolphins along the way. Will return in future!

I definitely recommend Beach Bum Charters! Captain Tobey was amazing and we had a great time! He is extremely knowledgeable and made sure we had some great catches. We are more on the novice side and he made sure we had everything we needed and helped every step of the way. If you are looking for a relaxed, fun time, he is the way to go!
