Baystate Visiting Nurse Association did not disclose insurance policies and now are trying to bill my insurance company, knowing that they were out-of-network, for visits that were written into orders sent by the hospital.

In April 2019, my father fell ill and needed in home transfusions. His insurance covers 3 days a week, and on those three days, the woman who comes leaves early and does not finish her job! She's literally getting paid to do this. And as I have an extremely busy schedule, having to come home to find it not finished before I continue my busy schedule, I have to finish it myself. I contacted the company to speak to a manager. With no call back, and left on voicemail, I'm pretty angry. This is outrageous and I would never recommend this company. Good riddance when they're gone!
