Baystate brought our wedding vision to life! We were planning our wedding from the ground up, and Samantha and her team were an integral part of making our big day as seamless and wonderful as it was. Samantha was communicative, patient, knowledgeable, and above and beyond helpful as we worked towards figuring out exactly what we needed for our seemingly ever-growing event! Everything was delivered on time, set up promptly, and all rentals were exactly as described! It was amazing to watch our empty field transform into the beautiful wedding space it was. I would choose Baystate Tent again in a heartbeat, and I would recommend them to anyone planning an outdoor event, wedding or otherwise!

We rented our tent, table and chairs though Baystate for our wedding and I cant recommend them enough! I worked with Samantha and she was so helpful from start to finish - she was always willing to give advice for tent size, dance floor etc and the time she spent with me on layouts once we had all of our RSVP's in made things so much less stressful. When it came time for them to set up all of the rentals it really was a smooth process. The gentlemen that did the set up were awesome and everything was rented was just as described. A fantastic experience!

Bay State Tent is so great to work with. I have been using them for the past few years. I always order tables and chairs for an event we hold the day before Thanksgiving and there is never an issue. They keep good records so I don't have to second guess if I am ordering enough or too little. They are so friendly, their online system is so easy to use, and deliver on time every time with ease and a smile on their faces!

If you are looking for everything you need to put together your event, Bay State Tent is the place! Everything starts with their professional, helpful, responsive, customer centered staff - like Vicky in sales and continues throughout the process with people like Sean in dispatch - just to name two of the amazing people on the team. Our concert event involved multiple large tents, one of which covered a baseball outfield! For a very reasonable cost, we had a seamless set-up, break down and everything we needed to host an event for over one thousand people. Everyone at our event remarked on how impressed they were by the tents and amazed to hear how easily we worked with Bay State Tent.

Let's hold a GALA!
As a group of Volunteers, none of us had ever done anything on the scale of a 250 Person Gala, on a dock with no water, power or restroom facilities. Our first step was the Tent and we hit a home run when we hired Baystate Tent. From the first conversation with Samantha, I knew we hired the right people. Always helpful, responsive and fairly priced, the Baystate Tent Team made us shine on a day that was cold & overcast. We almost had to cancel due to wind, yet the team at Baystate Tent persevered by reinforcing the ballasts just in the nick of time.

The tent was perfect for our backyard celebration of my daughter’s wedding celebration. It was set up the day before, but they forgot to bring the sides. They came early the day of the event and we decided to go with three of the sides with one of the three being rolled up. the two gentlemen that came to set it up were so patient with us as we were uncertain of what we wanted. In the end it was perfect as we had some rain and we were able to easily lower the third side. The lights in the tent and all of the tables and linens transformed our backyard into the perfect venue. So glad we got the tent and tables from Baystate. It was so easy to have them set up and return to take the tent down. Also a plus was they handled the ‘dig safe’ clearance that we needed.
