Overworked and understaffed leading to neglectful Healthcare for our veterans.

I have seen this location quality take a nosedive over the last 4 years. Quality staff are leaving as they are unable to render rear care due. MOST DUE TO RED TAPE.. primary care Dr's inability get veterans timely specialty care referrals. Much less find the time on their overwhelmed patient loads for any kind of follow-up needs.

Remaining staff are burnt out and frankly I feel for them and fear for my health falling through the gaps.
