Have a condo at Bay and Beach. Very adequate and spacious. 2 bedrooms and pullout couch for sleeping. 2 full size bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room. Also depending what side you are on there is a balcony, street side or gulf side. If you are in the building on the inter coastal, there is a small balcony overlooking the waterway and a larger one on the street side.

Dean and I are owners at Bay and Beach. We could not ask for more. The staff are wonderful and go out of their way to make our two weeks here memorable.
Just a few updates needed like new living room furniture and maybe some new pots and pans but we know you are working on that.

The Bay and Beach Club can be found in the lovely Indian Shores beach community, conveniently close to shopping and dining options. The accommodations are split between units located on the beachside and others across the street on the Bay. The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom bayside unit I occupied was large with plenty of storage, a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a balcony overlooking the Bay. |The unit was poorly maintained and carelessly cleaned. |Maintenance:|The water diverter in one of the showers needed to be replaced or repaired. Whenever the water was turned on, half of the water came out of the shower head, and half came out of the faucet. Both toilets ran continually. Holes were patched when a towel bar was removed, and the white patching compound was never painted. The carpeting was worn, stained, and fraying. When I completed the inventory list I was given at check-in, there were 19 missing items - mostly kitchen items. The pool appeared cloudy, with noticeable patches of sunscreen floating on its surface.|Cleanliness:|The carpeting was stained. There was a large roach, also known as a palmetto bug, lying dead on the floor of the bedroom that had not been swept up. There were unwashed dishes in the kitchen cabinets. I informed the management about the unclean dishes, but they explained that the housekeeping staff only puts the dishes from the dishwasher into the cabinets and doesn't inspect the contents of the cabinets. They suggested that the previous occupants of the room possibly left the dirty dishes found in the cabinet. However, this explanation seems an inadequate excuse for dirty dishes. Although we did not use the guest bedroom, I stripped the sheets from the guest bedroom at the end of the week. The mattress pad on one of the beds was dirty. Since Florida is an indoor clean-air state, there was an ashtray at the base of the elevator for cigarette disposal. During the week, the cigarette butts were never removed from the tray. The BBQ grills were not clean. |The property has the potential to be an excellent resort with proper maintenance and cleaning.

I'm a owner and nothing has been updated since the 80's. I feel like I spent the week in a Three's Company episode. The faded and outdated furniture, the missing pots and pans. I uneven beds, which I fell off due to the flimsy frame. I only look forward to the beach and the peace and quiet. I relax once I load the bed with extra blankets under the sheets because the beds are so flat. I used every pillow in the unit to make a decent place to rest my head. Granted, the unit was clean and smell fresh, it still was a downgrade from my everyday life. Most "timeshares" add leisure and comfort to your vacation with add compliments to your stay ,but not this location. Again, it was very quiet and peaceful, just prepare to spend time taking in the local activities and the beaches.

Our stay was great, pool & jacuzzi and Nick was outstanding. We only had two issues Beds were not comfortable and the washer ruined a new pair of pants & nobody will let us know the out come!! I bought the pants this past June in Florida over $50 & they have been Washed before. The washer caused a huge hole that can’t be repaired. I wore them that morning and got them wet from the beach so I washed them. I’m so upset that this wasn’t resolved. I’m still giving a 5 because of Nick he was very friendly. If I can post pictures of my pants I would. Room #206

Enjoyed my exchange here. Had a nice 2bdrm on gulf side enough room for family of 4.Don`t be put off by the dated elevator the room was comfortable for me no bugs kitchen well equipped w/d just what you need for a TS place.Kathy was very nice when checking in gave info on where to eat.This is not your 5 star mega hotel,nice family place to relax and enjoy the beach and little pool they have.Hit the store grab some drinks and food and enjoy yourself.Never saw the rental guy for loungers just used what was left out.Would come back here with no problem.The towels can use a up grade and would like a full bed in the 2nd bdrm.But we enjoyed the area jumped on trolley to head to clearwater very easy to get around.
