We've used Bay Area rentals twice this year and both times they were a pleasure to work with. We rented tables, chairs, linens and patio heating that was all clean and in great condition. They were accommodating with last minute requests and their prices can't be beat in the Bay Area.

Bay Area Event Rentals is your place for party rentals. Very friendly, prompt and explained all details. Showed up early and even set up the canopies for me, on pick up, took canopies down. Will be renting from them again. The gentlemen are very punctual.

I had a wonderful experience working with Rose, she was very quick to respond with quotes and invoices. She was very punctual delivering the Chiavari chairs and tables for my wedding at last minute and the prices were very affordable compared to the other companies I contacted. I ended up also ordering all the centerpieces and decorations for my wedding. Would definitely recommend them. Thank you for the excellent service!
